For our pets, this truly feels like a concierge-style veterinary office—without the subscription fee. Yoshi and Loki absolutely love Dr. Pulice. We first met her when we adopted Yoshi in 2023, and now she cares for Loki as well. Dr. Pulice is incredibly understanding, a fantastic veterinarian, and it’s clear she truly loves what she does. She explains everything thoroughly and always asks if I have any questions before leaving the room. She and her assistants involve me in every step of the exam and any procedures, which I really appreciate. I can’t say enough good things about Roose Animal Hospital—we truly love them. One of my favorite things is that I never have to talk on the phone; I can simply text their number. They also have their own private online pharmacy for clients, where prescriptions are automatically added to your account. Receipts are emailed with full details, pricing is competitive for both visits and prescriptions, and everything is seamless. We couldn’t ask for better care for our pets
Our 6.5 year old dog Zoey had a veterinarian visit for the first time at this new place. Physical, three vaccinations, blood work, and a nail trim at the super cool vet, Roose Animal Hospital. This place is fantastic! The service is top-notch and Dr. Boshoven is the real deal, Zoey-approved! She gave him a few kisses despite the vaccination boo-boos. That means she likes him. His assistants and entire staff were wonderful and super nice. We're switching to this new crew for good. I highly recommend.
Great experience for our first time at Roose Animal Hopsital! Pet care: The vets and staffs are amazing (we saw Dr. Boshoven and high recommend him). The staff clearly love animals and what they do. Not pushy in terms of recommending / requiring any sort of extra care, but they do recommend the basics / needed care and know what they are doing. Cost: Transparent, upfront, & fair pricing at the beginning of the appointment. Only one $7 fee associated with the appt, no crazy add on fees. Flexible options for prescriptions (buy at appt, buy through their online pharmacy, or take script and order at the place of your choosing). Office: Easy to schedule an appt online or call. Very friendly office staff. Would highly recommend!
This was our first visit and they agreed to take over our cat's injured paw that our main vet's treatment wasn't working. We are so happy that Roose got us in and happy to report, our cat's paw is almost fully healed. They are a great Veterinarian to take your pet. All of the staff were so kind, patient, and caring with our cat. They took their time and listened. The compassion they showed to our cat and us, was so encouraging that we will most definitely be back! I highly recommend Roose Animal Hospital!!!! Patches thanks them too!
We love Dr. Knight! Sam, our 9 year old Sheltie, is very comfortable with her. The vet tech, Asia was very friendly, professional and very good with Sam. The staff here has always been great!
From the moment my dog Sophie and I walked in the door we were greeted with friendly faces and a warm welcome. Every staff member was this way! My dog can be nervous at the vet but her tail was actually wagging in the lobby as she said hello to everyone. The lobby itself was clean and organized. The vibe was relaxed which made me and Sophie comfortable. We saw Dr Pulice and she was fabulous! Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and even apologized for taking a little longer to see us as she had an emergency. The tech actually came in beforehand and apologized for the delay and wanted to assure me we were not forgotten and offered me water. Just the acknowledgment of my time was much appreciated and I am more than understanding that an emergency takes priority. Sophie warmed up to her right away and allowed Dr Pulice to assess her without issue. I was really pleased with the checkout process occurring in the exam room as well. It took the stress off me of having to manage Sophie in the lobby while paying/checking out. I am so happy to be changing over to Roose and cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you for such a great experience and welcoming Sophie with open arms!
