We had a great experience at Urgent Vet Plano. The staff was kind, professional, and very reassuring. They took excellent care of Iris and explained everything clearly. A special thank you to Alex for going above and beyond to make her comfortable. We really appreciate the care and would definitely recommend them.

This was probably the best experience we had at an after hours emergency vet. Our dog caught his toenail in a metal grate on Easter and was bleeding heavily and in a lot of pain. We were able to be seen right away and directed to a private exam room to wait. The veterinary staff was very kind and we were able to review an estimate before proceeding with treatment. It was much cheaper than what an animal hospital would have been. They even called the next day to check up on our dog. Highly recommend for any of you urgent non life threatening vet needs!

I had a great experience at UrgentVet Plano when my nearly 14-year-old cat Loki wouldn't stop throwing up for 2 days +. Oswaldo was very friendly, kind, helpful, and knowledgeable and Dr. Crawford was equally friendly, kind, and knowledgeable and also is an absolute cat whisperer. She took great care of my cat and soothed him greatly even though he is always absolutely terrified at the vet's office. They explained everything clearly, didn't push for any unnecessary procedures, and got my boy back to his usual bright-eyed, bushy-tailed, and extremely food-oriented self. They also went the extra mile, clipped his claws which he had not allowed me to do recently, and called me in the morning to check on how Loki was doing. They also sent extremely thorough and clear notes and instructions after the visit was done.I absolutely will be recommending this clinic to all of my friends with pets.

I can’t thank you guys enough for taking care of our sweet Ellie. In a stressful situation this facility made the process so much better. They got us in quickly to address the situation with our dog. Everyone was so nice, friendly and knowledgeable! Highly recommended this place if you have a pet emergency!! The price wasn’t as high as the ER either. 5 stars plus 🌟

We took a very sick sweet golden retriever in and absolutely went to the right place. From the moment we went in, we were impressed. Alex, the manager, is phenomenal. He knows his stuff, is very personal, thorough and caring. Dr. Crawford walked in and immediately sat down on the floor with our dog and let him know she was his friend. She is adorable and knowledgeable and caring. We will 100% return here if the need ever arises again.

Absolutely loved the experience my dog and I had here. My poor pup Layla had a botfly and I was so scared, but the staff – especially Andie – were incredibly caring and patient. Andie explained everything step by step, answered all my questions, and treated Layla like she was her own dog. She made the whole process so easy and helped calm both of us down. The clinic felt clean and welcoming. Overall, this was the best experience I’ve ever had at a vet. Layla is doing great now and I’m so grateful we came here. Thank you all so much for taking such good care of my girl!

This had to have been one of the best experiences we have ever had in emergency care for our dog. My wife made an appointment online while I drove him to UrgentVet. We were seen the minute we walked through the door, and Bose was treated like royalty by Jack and Dr. Crawford. The environment was very welcoming; the rooms were inviting and calm, playing music that was perfect for my best friend. Dr. Crawford, Jack, and another medical professional whose name I didn't catch were phenomenal, providing a great deal of education on his health. Our dogs mean everything to us, and UrgentVet alleviated so much anxiety by taking such excellent care of Bose. I am incredibly grateful for veterinary professionals who treat our pets as if they were their own. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I highly recommend this incredible service to everyone!
