This clinic and staff took such excellent care when spaying my Great Pyrenees Abby (quite the task)! They were very informative on the aftercare and I am happy to say after carefully following their instructions for 14 days post-op, Abby is a happy, spayed and healed girl. Not only was this an inexpensive procedure, you could tell the staff really cared about me and my pet. Would absolutely take any pet here in the future.

1. There's a real person answering the phone, not some AI receptionist. 2. Best price in North Phoenix for vaccines 3. They were accommodating with me and my potentially difficult dogs. Everything was done safely and they understood the importance of taking thier time and making it a positive experience for my pups.

We’ve taken both of chihuahuas to this place for spay and neuter. If you follow the directions of their schedule you won’t be disappointed. Both times we scheduled our appointment for Fridays. That meant having them there between 6:45am and 8am. Both times we were there at 6:45am and they had them checked in and brought to the back by 7:15am. They called us about 3:30pm to let us know that it all went good and that we had up to 5:30pm to pick them up. Both dogs surgeries went perfect. I highly recommend them.

⭐️☆☆☆☆ I will not be coming back to this place. I scheduled a vaccine appointment online for 1:20 PM, but then received a call around 10 AM on the same day telling me that vaccines are only given between 8:00–9:15 AM. If that’s the case, why does your website even allow people to book appointments for 1:20 PM? It’s misleading and wastes customers’ time. I rebooked for the next morning and arrived at 8:30 AM, but waited until 9:20 AM without getting the vaccine. The wait was long and unorganized. On top of that, there is an additional $35 exam fee not including the vaccine cost. I’ve gotten vaccines at Vetco and AZ Humane before and never had to pay an exam fee there, so this was very disappointing and felt unnecessary. Overall, the scheduling system is confusing, the wait time is unreasonable, and the extra fees are not transparent. I won’t be returning here for future vaccinations.

Great staff, quality care. We have used them for years, all our babies go there for their alterations and shots. Trudy says "Thank you!" Just got her spay and microchip today and they are so awesome with my babies. 💞

I’ve had 3 cats spayed here so far & my senior chihuahua gets her vaccines here as well. I feel like they are very affordable & never try to sell you on anything I just appreciate having basic pet care that doesn’t cost you a whole paycheck & the staff is always nice/informative
