We have been going to Norterra Animal Vetinarian now Lovet Pet Heath Care for over 15 years. Love their vets, staff and how they take care of our furry family members. If you are looking for a vet that is honest and will love your extended furry family member like you do, than this is a great place to chose if you are looking. If you already are a client than you already have same sentiments. Thank you for your great care.

Let me start by saying Dr. Wilson was fantastic when my doodle had to have surgery but the reception staff needs some attention. The last couple visits have been very disappointing. I had made an appointment for my golden doodle just to get some blood work done. It was supposed to be for June 16th at 3:30. On the 15th I get a voicemail and text stating they had to cancel but could do Friday at 3:00. On Thursday I get another message asking if I can make a change to 3:30 instead of 3:00. We show up at 3:20 and literally walked her up on the scale and then into the room… 20-25 minutes go by and not even a peep. Quit trying to squeeze people in to fill the schedule if you can’t accommodate. Likely switching up to the Happy Valley location as we have had nothing but fantastic service there.

I had my first appointment yesterday at Norterra LoVet, and Dr. Gold was our veterinarian. This was hands down the best first impression I’ve ever had at a veterinary office. Dr. Gold came in, literally sat on the floor, and let my dog say hi and sit with him. It immediately put both my dog and me at ease—he is truly an animal person. My dog received the vaccines he was due for, had his anal glands expressed, and we discussed future heartworm treatment. Dr. Gold also let me know my dog is healthy with great teeth, and I really appreciated that he never pressured me into anything. That made the entire experience feel comfortable and stress-free. I will definitely be back. I’m so happy to have found our new vet home and forever veterinarian!

Ladies there were SO kind and helpful! Made my little guy feel safe and treated us both respectfully and with dignity. I also love that you can schedule appts. online, as well as cancel them VIA TEXT! They followed up the day after our visit just to see how he was doing. The fees are a bit pricey, but ALL vets are these days, and they were reasonable. This location was referred to me by a friend, and she couldn't have been more accurate when she said this place is awesome. Thanks everyone at Lovet!

I've taken my pets to other animal clinics. But I like this place. It's a nice drive for me and the dogs like the ride. The first 2 did good at the vet. The last one, not so much. She has anxiety and is very protective with mom at the vet. But she did well. Thor was a good boy. Didn't want the doc to leave.

Could not have had a worse experience. The nurse, Betty, was extremely rude and had no sympathy for our situation. She often laughed and expressed how terrible our situation was. Most of the staff were very kind and supportive, Betty was the opposite. The doctors initially said they found a polyp in my cats ear, then when we went back for surgery a different doctor said there is no polyp and they need to continue testing. The tests they ordered were expensive and would take a week to return results. Now my poor cat is dead and we have no answers as to why this occurred.

Took our dog in for a check up. They were very friendly and found 2 things that needed to be treated. Within a few days our baby was his old self again. We are very happy with Lovet
