We recently brought our cat, Jasper, here to establish care and be seen for a follow-up to some urinary emergencies. We were very impressed by the staff, especially Dominic, who knew about all about Jasper’s medical history before we walked through the door. He was very friendly and intentional handling Jasper which means a lot to us. There is a lot of pressure to make the right choice when selecting a primary vet office and Dominic made us feel confident we were making the right choice!

My visit in January seemed to go well. I explained I was concerned that my cat was hyperthyroid and exhibited all the classic symptoms. They took my cat and did the exam in a back room as well as $600 worth of bloodwork. They said they would call with the results. When they called, they said all the results were normal. I explained he was very thin but the vet said his weight was perfect. A week ago my cat went blind. He has hypertension most likely from hyperthyroidism. Turns out a senior cat can have normal labs, "sick euthyroid". No one checked his blood pressure or looked at his retinas. Thankfully a vet in Flagstaff did. Fingers crossed he gets some vision back. But I won’t be returning to Ingleside.

Although we have since moved out of state. We are sad because Ingleside was a wonderful clinic to take our dog to. Dr. Klein is a wonderful friend, practitioner and Vet. Front desk and techs are all great here too. Never had any issues for the 2 years we went. Really a great practice and place.

I have been bringing my pup Jordy here for a couple of years now. Every time I call, staff always answer the phone immediately. I always get reminders when my dog is due for vaccines/ check ups which I find helpful. I am always able to get an appointment quickly within a few days, and every Doc we have seen here has been wonderful. We've seen Drs Brown, Gesina, Mohamed and some of the others and they have all been great. They always give us the necessary medications on the spot and can give you information about cost right up front and work with me on getting information to my insurance. 10/10 recommend and will continue to come here even though we moved further away. They always call to check up and follow through on communication. Also, my pup is very very anxious and does NOT like the vet but they have worked with me to figure out a routine and make him comfortable and it has made it a much better experience for him, me, and the staff. I don't dread bringing him anymore which is huge.

I have been taking my pets to Ingleside for years. They have taken care of multiple cats and dogs. They are always friendly and compassionate. They really helped me out last week with a last minute appointment for vaccines for my dog that they had not seen previously.

These folks are the absolute best! From check in to check out - they share lots of good info, check in with you post visit, and it's obvious that they give the best care and love available while they have your fur kiddos. I have 2 dogs and a cat that all go here for anything they need - I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else!!

Horrible experience with this veterinary clinic. My dog was prescribed fluoxetine by Dr Hebah Mohamed since 07/24/23. My pharmacy called the office to ask for a new prescription for my dog and the office denied the request. Instead of the office contacting me in to inform me that a wellness exam was needed they instead chose to do nothing instead. When I contacted the office to request a dose for my dog because he was completely out of his medication and hard stopping the medication is not okay, they denied the request, despite agreeing that the medication should not be stopped abruptly, because he was past due on him wellness exam. It’s unethical that this money hungry veterinary office was unwilling to fill just an extra day’s worth of medication to avoid having my dog go without his medication for the night while I figure out my schedule to bring my dog to the office. It was either I bring him in tomorrow morning or be told "I’m not sure what you want me to do". I won’t be back to a vet office that thinks to ethically okay to discontinue a medication cold turkey when it requires a person or a pet to be weaned off of it.
