Dr. Kelly's Surgical Unit - North Phoenix

On my initial phone call with Emmy I'm sure it felt like I peppered her with questions. She was so knowledgeable and pleasant giving me every answer that I needed to reassure me my very recent adoption would be handled with the same love and care that I give him myself. Upon arrival at the clinic, everyone I spoke to was so helpful and thorough setting up Max for his surgery. They reassured me he would be fine and sure enough just a few hours later my baby was back in my arms. What sent them over the top was the follow-up call today just to check on Max and make sure we were doing fine. He's having some trouble navigating his environment with that cone of shame but physically he's great. I would recommend Dr Kelly's Clinic to anyone looking to provide their animal with top notch veterinary Care. Yes, they are quite affordable, especially to those of us on a fixed income, but the quality of care and their professionalism was exceptional! Met my every expectation. Thank you for taking such good care of Max for me

The staff at Dr Kelly surgical unit did an amazing job spaying a beautiful 7-month-old stray kitten. They said she was the friendliest stray that ever met. They tended to her every need and she has recovered 100%. I would recommend spaying and neutering at this location for those very reasons. Also, they were very affordable!

My pup got spayed here and they took good care of her! I was a little worried because she was shaking a bit for the first few days but when I called them they reassured me, she’s doing great now and back to her normal self! I’d recommend coming here. They did well with communication as well, no issues.

Puppy sterilization. Day of surgery was smooth both drop off and pick up was clear and easy. The tech that helped me was not rushing me through anything and spent a good amount of time going over the details with me. Surgery went well and my dog is healing well. (5 lb Chi-weenie)

The team always explain every step of procedure in a way I can understand. And their surgical teams skill is evident in their smooth recovery. Within a day both Teddy and Murphy were back to being their amazing selves. Had a great experience with Dr. Kelly's Surgical. They were able to get my dog in right away to be spayed & did a wonderful job. All of the staff was helpful & informative and treated my dog with care. Gilbert was wonderful about explaining the procedure and all of the charhes ahead of time. He also followed up the next day to see how Sky was doing. I highly recommend them.

Our puppy had an unfortunate accident that left us with 1 option. Dr. Kelly's Surgical staff was able to really help us out and our pup out with this. He had to have his front left leg amputated. Dr. Kelly's performed the surgery . They were very caring and let us know everything each step of the way. 1 member of their staff even sent us a picture of Waylon when he got out of surgery. This is a personal touch I've never experienced with any vet EVER and I am 53 years old . I was truly touched 🥲. They have followed through with everything promised and more. Waylon is getting his stitches out tomorrow (2weeks later ) I can't say enough about these guys. Dr. Kelly's Surgical staff Flagstaff location had also neutered Waylon 12 days prior to him breaking his leg . Both surgeries and in 2 different locations were done with no problems and both with the same amount of care . Our gratitude is unmeasurable, and all of this was done at a VERY discounted price. They are doing great work and helping many people with their beloved animals where other vets are charging astronomical prices . Thank you to all of Dr. Kelly's Staff you guys are quite special.
