We’ve been coming here for the past four years for our dog Mac and have consistently had an amazing experience. From the front desk staff to the vet techs and veterinarians, everyone is kind, compassionate, respectful, and incredibly helpful. They always take the time to provide clear information and offer helpful suggestions without ever making us feel pressured. We truly appreciate the level of care they show and highly recommend this place.

A real gem right here in the city. The techs and receptionists are kind and love our animals! Ive only dealt with one vet there who was awsome as well!

I needed a new Vet and this place is amazing. Staff is friendly, the doctors are knowledgeable on all animals. I've never felt better taking my cats to the vet.

We have had such a wonderful experience at Animal Care Hospital of Phoenix! Dr. Jerri is absolutely amazing she is so caring, compassionate, and incredibly sweet with our dogs. You can truly tell she loves what she does and genuinely cares about every animal she treats. She takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, answers all of our questions, and makes us feel completely comfortable with our pets’ care. Courtney is just as wonderful! She is always so kind, welcoming, and patient. From the moment you walk in, she makes you feel at ease and treated like family. The entire team is professional, attentive, and clearly passionate about providing the best care possible. We are so grateful to have found a veterinary office we trust completely. I highly recommend Animal Care Hospital of Phoenix to anyone looking for compassionate, knowledgeable, and top-quality care for their pets! 🐾

Really happy with the treatment and care we got at Animal Care Hospital. My 11yo pup had to have a surgical procedure and I’m always a little nervous taking her to new places because you just never know how people are going to be (even professionals), but this place was recommended by a friend and I immediately felt at ease when we walked in the door. From the front desk to the techs to Dr. Maddy, everyone was fantastic and I just knew I could trust them with my senior girl’s care. Her procedure was smooth and she’s healed up well - such a relief!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr Temple, Dr Jeri and the ENTIRE staff at ACH. They always treated our boy Supai so well and gave so much love that he legitimately loved going in no matter the reason. I was surprised that everyone remembered him each time! That was not lost on us and just showed why this place and these people are different. Unfortunately and unexpectedly we brought him in yesterday to cross the rainbow bridge and they handle it with such care and compassion. I honestly can’t imagine how much more difficult and painful it would’ve been if we didn’t have Dr Jeri and her team there in his finally moment. We used to live about 5 mins away but recently moved and are now about 25-30 mins away. Idk when we’ll adopt another dog but what I do know is as long as this place is around and these wonderful people work there I do not care how far away they are - we will always bring our dogs here. Dr. Maddy and Christina have been nothing short of wonderful for my first born furry buddy, Fernando. They take such great care of the animals, and are so kind. I think sometimes vet visits can also be stressful for pet parents but they’ve made it such a calm and caring experience. The folks at the front desk have also been wonderful! Thanks ACH of Phoenix 🤍
