We cannot say enough good things about the team at WAG! Our rescue Yorkie has pretty significant luxating patellas and 2 years ago, tore his ACL completely. As an alternative to surgery, we took him to WAG for physical therapy and to build up his strength in the surrounding muscles. They developed a comprehensive plan including on-site therapy, at-home exercises, supplements, etc. I wasn't sure if we could totally forgo surgery but after several months, his mobility was back. We were so impressed and grateful, we continue to bring him once a month to keep up his flexibility and strength. He's now ~13 years old and he's moving great!
My Pup Rita has been going to Physical Therapy and receiving Massage Therapy from WAG for a low space disc issue in her back and soreness after having TPLO surgery. They are great! Yusaf at the front desk deserves some credit for always making scheduling as easy as possible
Highly recommended, WAG offers many great services and I cannot say enough about the staff, they have been so wonderful. I have been taking my dog here for the past 3.5 years and the love & care was present at every visit. They truly prolonged my dogs life.
Unfortunately I didn’t care for this place. This has nothing to do with the two receptionist women that I had a small interaction with, that was fine. Waiting in the car while I had to pay to park, was annoying because it was past the appointment time, but anyway. When you first walk in, it genuinely stank so bad, like so much dog and dog pee smell. Obviously, they work with dogs, but so do veterinarians, and it doesn’t smell like dog pee the minute you walk in. Honestly, the whole place needed an upgrade. It was just very dirty. And I absolutely did not like the vet, she was fake nice with my dog, but she got weird with her a few times saying why doesn’t she get off the towel on the floor? When she’s the one who put the towel on the floor for my dog to stand on. She then told her to sit down when she was anxious and just walking, I got a bad vibe from her and I trust my vibes LOL. Also, I didn’t realize they use the same peanut butter and spatula for each dog, and my dog had diarrhea that night.
We had an extremely disappointing experience bringing our senior dog here for pain management. The veterinarian and technician had an attitude from the get go and treated us like idiots instead of the experienced and doting dog owners we are. The vet spoke over us, asked vague questions and then got upset at us for not having every single detail of medical history prepared, argued with us about our own experience with our pup, shamed us for the amount of exercise we felt he could handle given age and mobility issues (the ones we’re literally there for). Our dog is as gentle as they come and the staff freaked out when our dog pulled back/winced in pain-they refused to touch our dog for the rest of the appointment (and if it were actually about building trust with the animal they would not frantically throw their hands in the air and yell woah). They honestly looked like they hated animals and/or their job. Overall we did not feel listened to or respected and our dog did not receive care worth the $250 they charged (they also brought us in 10 min late and ended 10 min early). Please do not give this place your time or money. Check out Penn Vet or City Wide Vet instead.
We could not be happier with the services and support from Dr. Fuoco, AnnaLisa and the incredible team at WAG. We've been coming here since 2020 for our dog, Emma, who has had two TPLO surgeries and has arthritis in her front paws and elbows. WAG has worked with us over the years to meet Emma's needs as they evolve and has gone above and beyond by providing guidance and resources when other, unrelated health concerns (e.g., GI issues) have come up. WAG has everything you want in a healthcare provider - they are thorough, highly skilled, caring, and collaborative. Emma receives acupuncture, massage therapy, an at-home PT regimen, and Adequan through WAG, which has reduced her discomfort, improved her mobility, sped up recovery time after a good, off leash play session, and helped her lead a happier and healthier life as she enters her golden years.
My dog had a back injury in August. We had to wait a few weeks for the swelling and her mobility to improve a little to go here. They have been so patient with my furbaby. She's very clingy and has separation anxiety. She likes her technician, she has lost a pound and has been more mobile. The prices are very reasonable. Evaluation was $250, follow-up weekly appointments $100 my baby being able to play with her brother and sister priceless! In less than a month I've noticed a significant improvement in her mobility as well.
