The medical director Dr Rubin gave our senior dog the best care imaginable all the way to the very end. In our experience, the whole staff is reliable, understanding, and truly cares about your loved one. If we get another pet, this is our vet for sure. Their care club is a great alternative to pet insurance and ensured that all yearly blood work and scans were covered since our dog had higher medical needs. I could not recommend this clinic/hospital enough with the peace of mind they gave us throughout the life of our pet. Thank you VCA

I just started using them this year when I adopted from ACCT (Philadelphia’s Animal Control) and was given a coupon for a free visit at any VCA location. I am very happy with the vets and staff. My pup was so scared the first time we went that he hid under the chairs and refused to come out. One of the sweet staff members laid on the floor to coax him out. Now my dog loves going there and I know it is because he has a positive experience there. All the staff fuses over him and he loves it! The vets seem fair and honest so I am happy too! The place is decorated so cute! Highly recommend!

This place is awesome 👌. I drive from Lansdowne to this office just for the staff. These ladies and gentlemen are the most caring people even through COVID-19. They made my big nerves 7 month old Malamute Husky pups feel loved, secure and at home.

I recently adopted an older dog from the SPCA, after not having a pet in over 10 years. The environment was very pleasant, and not knowing a lot of history on our new family member 😀 the technicians were able to answer my questions, and help me better in order to give the medication needed as Zee is having ear infections... Great team of professionals...will definitely be using them again and highly recommended...Thank you to VCA for help.

VERY RUDE ON THE PHONE. I can't speek for the place it self. All is what I will say, receptionist VERY UGLY ATTITUDE. I told Her-Him 3-4 times that my dog may be sick & She Just well whatever basically. I'm not on here to name names. Only speek 100% TRUTHFUL WORDS, When somone has a SICK PUPPY MAYBE BE A LITTLE BIT MORE CARING. oh and P.S I am very new to this & I heard Her-Him talk some shit about me to someone next to The Receptionist Like I couldn't hear them. LOL. & Sorry and thats it. ALL FROM A PHONE CALL. P.S go look at any other review and see how many like this I have posted. Just to give ANYONE THE IDEA on how I post if I do at all. We had an issue with our dog. She suddenly got very ill. Dr. Deb went far beyond to help us. Can't say enough about her compassion & professional experience. Even met us when the office was closed for more emergency blood work. Today 2 days later with her treatment our dog Lilly has gone from hacking up blood clots & lethargic to walking around, Blood has gone . 50% better. We r hoping it is lyme disease not cancer. So far so good.
