Rox Falls Vet

Rox Falls Vet is amazing! All the nurses and doctors are super nice and caring! I brought my cat in due to some kind of lumps we felt under her fur. Instead of ordering expensive tests to figure out the issue (which is what our old vet in South Philly would have done), the vet just shaved some fur and figured out it was just some scarring from scratches that my cat did to herself. Also we have a dog with a large growth on her belly and the surgery went really well and it was a lot less expensive than we thought it would be. Location is also super convenient and has a parking lot. Much easier to get to than the South Philly vet we used to use. Facility is clean and modern. Thank you to all the wonderful staff, nurses, and doctors at Rox Falls Vet for taking care of my fur babies!

I’ve been bringing my dog here for about 3 years now and we’re so happy to have this team available. I have a senior pit mix who always seems to have something going on, sometimes minor but for handful of occasions, we’ve had a serious worry. No matter what the issue is, the team is always responsive, compassionate, and knowledgeable in how they help. It’s clear that everyone here loves pets. They do a great job keeping the waiting room calm and under crowded, the facility is always clean, and their prices are fair. Most importantly, their entire staff really rocks (I guess you could say they rox). The communication is top notch, from scheduling through the appointment itself. If there’s ever been an issue, they’ve been wonderful in coming up with an appropriate solution. They take pride in their work and we’re so happy to continue being a client of theirs!

My cat has been a patient here for both urgent care and regular wellness visits and I cannot sing their praises enough. They’re compassionate with me and my baby every single time I walk through their doors. My cat literally starts purring when brought in.

I cannot stay enough good things about Rox Falls Vet. We came to them for the first for an urgent care visit. They found a heart issue with my senior dog and worked some magic to get us an appointment with a cardiologist to treat her in time. She needed a pacemaker. She would have died had we needed to wait. We were able to another year with our sweet girl. They were amazing through everything, including calls to simply check-in to see how we were doing. We now have a puppy and he is super happy to be at the Vet! Everyone on staff from the tech, to the vets, to the assistants behind the desk are just the best.

Dr. Lindsay Berardino is by far the best vet we have ever had. She saved our 6 month old kitten and continued to take care of her (and us!) for the following year. She is compassionate, composed, caring, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. I would follow her to whatever practice she goes! Her accolades aside, we are consistently grateful for the quick and efficient care we get at Rox Falls. Their vets are cost conscious and have our pets at the forefront of their mind. Not only that, but their nurses and front desk staff are always helpful, kind, and informed. They take the time to answer as many questions as you may have!

While I see (and love) the care team for my two cats on a regular basis, I have to give a shout out to Dr. Mike and the team at Rox Falls Vet this past Thursday. My cat had some tummy issues and I was able to get him to the vet within 15 mins from when I called the front desk and explained his symptoms. They were super accommodating while being extremely busy, which this very nervous cat mom truly appreciated. My cat is now feeling sooo much better, and we also have a treatment plan in place to fix the root cause of the issue. I truly feel like I can talk to anyone at Rox Falls Vet and they will go above and beyond for my cats. I couldn’t ask for better doctors and staff around!!!

I have been to three vets just from moving around and this is by far the best. I have had my three cats come here, and based on each cat's needs, the staff adjusts to make sure that they are reducing any stress from their visit. Always super clean and friendly!
