Dr. Lauderdale and team were so helpful earlier this year in quickly diagnosing our cat, and referred us to a nearby emergency pet hospital for care, which saved our cat! They are kind, professional and action-oriented, and Jenny from the Mt. Airy team followed up often to check in on how he was doing, answered all of my questions and provided guidance for aftercare. We are so grateful! Thank you SO MUCH for everything. Your compassion and follow up care is so appreciated, to this day. He is doing great months later, and I thank you and Dr. Lauderdale so much. Dr. Lauderdale and Jenny's coordination, along with the hospital was so helpful and reassuring during a scary time.
The Vet Tech was very caring and knowledgeable. Victoria helped to explain the procedure when a microchipped pet is found and she was great with my kitty, Stevie. Dr. Lauderdale was wonderful as well. They explained to me all of my options while I am waiting to see if Stevie's original owner chooses to claim him. Victoria was amazing! She was great with Stevie and did her due diligence in finding out if he had a prior owner and explaining not only her processes, abut also explaining what was happening as I was waiting. She has great bedside manner. What they did best was the clear communication every step of the way. i was very impressed by that and their empathy and care.
I am extremely confident in the care provided to Sadie. The tech who did the intake for Sadie show tremendous compassion and attentiveness to my Sadie and to myself. You can see her love for the pets. All went well from check in to departure. The tech was very attentive and the doctor was thorough and kind.
It was exceptional. The team worked very hard to treat my extra anxious little guy. They went above and beyond. Both Dr. Seymour and Vet Tech Paula were heroes in our book. Their kindness and care meant so much. What they did best was to personalize the care they provided to my dog. They assessed his challenges and demeanor and worked very hard and creatively to make him comfortable. HUGE success.
I was extremely happy with the care Rory had been given while she was with you. Everyone was very sweet with Rory. I felt thoroughly informed about what would take place before the surgery as well as immediately following the surgery and left confident in knowing what Rory's aftercare needs would be. Olivia was amazing! She was kind and helpful in all interactions I had with her. Because of my own issues, I was unable to carry Rory out to the car when sedated after surgery. Olivia offered to carry her out for me immediately! < br /> What they did best was inspire confidence in knowing Rory was in the best possible hands.
Ive been going to Mt Airy Hospital since 2009 I believe..all of my cats I gad or have now have been compassionately and generously taken care of by the staff there. Dr Lauderdale and Dr Emily Seymour and a previous doctor are my cats' pet favorites. There was a male vet who was very vivacious and engaging with my cats too. This doctor had health problems...no longer at Mt Airy Animal Hospital. He would get on the floor and play with my male cat. The veterinarians there truly care and are professional and knowledgeable. They have been there and helped my cats and me financially able to pay for my pets car e with carecredit, cherry.com and payment arrangements once in a while. They given so must compassion to me and all my cats over the years that shown me how to reciprocate love and compassion to all the strays and rescue I feed and care for. Presently Im caring for 12 strays in east Mt Airy and my own two at home. Im just so grateful for the doctors and staff at Mt Airy Animal Hospital in Philadelphia. 5 stars is the highest I can rate them but if there was a 10 I would give them that. Thank yall from the bottom of my heart and my 2 rescue cats as well. C. Ferguson
