Love City Vet - Northern Liberties

Can't recommend Love City Vet enough! The quality of pet care is insanely high, and all the team members (from vets to front desk) are very kind, thorough, and attentive. They're also really conscious of pet owners having different budgets, so they make sure to present a range of care options, which is really appreciated. Plus their website + client portal is modern, so it's easy to make an appointment or grab your vet records, 10/10 you should bring your pets here

Absolutely wonderful experience during my first visit at Love City Vet in Northern Liberties. I took my cat Cookies here for his annual check up. Dr. Lenahen was extremely thorough and spent a lot of time answering all my questions and making sure he was comfortable. Highly recommend to anyone in the area looking for a transparent and caring vet.

We recently moved to the area and needed to find a new vet for our two dogs, Holly and Darla. Holly is our 7-year-old Maltipoo and Darla is our 5-year-old Poochon, so finding a veterinarian we felt comfortable with was really important to us. We saw Dr. Lenahen at Love City Vet and had such a great experience. She was incredibly caring, took her time with both of our dogs, and walked us through everything in a way that was easy to understand. It never felt rushed, and she made sure all of our questions were answered. One thing we really appreciated is how conscious the clinic is about costs. They break everything down ahead of time and explain your options before charging you, which we found really refreshing and transparent. Also, the free parking is awesome, and we love how clean and modern the clinic feels. It’s such a welcoming environment for both pets and owners.

I absolutely love Love City Vet! I've been taking my cats to LCV since the first location opened in South Philly, and I'm thrilled about this new location in Northern Liberties, which is just as great (and much closer to me). LCV is very transparent about pricing, which is both refreshing and helpful for pet owners, but my favorite part of the clinic is the team. Both Dr. Lenahen and Dr. Palis have treated my cats and everyone from the office manager to reception is so kind. When I had to make the very hard decision to put one of my beloved cats to sleep, Dr. Lenahen was just wonderful throughout the process. I highly recommend Love City Vet to all Philly pet owners.

The new location is very clean and easy to find. Every staff member was helpful and kind. And Dr. Abby is the most caring and calmest doctor I know. If you know her, I know you agree. Her bedside manner is out of this world and she is so sweet and gentle with my cats. They love her and trust her, there's just something about her energy that immediately puts everyone at ease (mostly me, probably, but I need it the most). The appointment was quick and efficient (despite the many protests of my one cat). Would highly recommend.

Love City Vet has been wonderful! Dr. Wheeler is knowledgeable, compassionate, and always takes the time to answer my questions. The entire team is friendly and caring, and I always feel confident that my pet is receiving excellent care. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend Love City Vet!!! They take the best care of my dog, Emma. Emma has a lot of anxiety when it’s time to go to the vet but love city does a great job of making her feel at ease.
