Art City Vets Wellness Center

I’m seriously impressed by this vet. Not only are they very reasonably priced but they REALLY care about my pets. My cat suddenly started closing her 3rd eyelids for no apparent reason, they continue to reach out to me to ask me questions and follow up after the visit to make sure shes doing ok and to make sure she hasn’t gotten worse. They definitely pay close attention to their clients. After our last vet misplaced my cat’s urine sample then practically abandoned us in a room for 2 hours, it’s like night and day. Please choose Art City Vets. They CARE. THEY REALLY CARE!!

Have been going to ACV since I adopted my cat last June. Facility is clean, scheduling an appointment (whether for wellness or urgent care) has always been easy, with their staff always being kind and patient (especially as a first time pet owner). I particularly want to shoutout Dr Christensen. Thank you for your care for Nora 🙂 we will see you at the next annual!

Everyone on staff is great. From booking the appointment to receiving care. Dr Shafer is wonderful. I fully trust her with my cat care. Dr Krause is also a great vet. Everyone on staff was very kind and understanding when I had to put my cat to sleep.

I've been very happy with the care my senior cat is receiving. Dr. Shafer and Dr. Christensen have both been very helpful. I appreciate the time taken to explain her diagnosis (what we know, what we don't) and her treatment plan.

Had such a great first visit with Dr. Glantz! He was thorough and reassuring, answered all of my questions, clearly loves animals, and was just great overall. The tech was also awesome, reviewing vaccine timelines and feeding Odette pupperoni during her shots (she approved!). Staff also was just so welcoming and kind

I brought my dog here it’s very clean and nice the staff is friendly. Everything was clean and everyone was kind and respectful. I had an issue with some of the medication prices. I was not informed about a dispensing fee, which I would not have had a problem with if it was explained to me at the time. I was impressed that they did reach out to address this. They took the time to explain their policies and it was very helpful. If you do want to go to an outside pharmacy you should be aware that you will need to fill out a form that will authorize it to that pharmacy.
