I had an amazing experience during my recent vet appointment for my sick dog. My dog had a small infection in his face for a little while that just wouldn’t go away, thankfully I was able to make an appointment for the same day to get him check out. They were very accommodating of my work schedule and allowed me to do a quick drop where they examined my dog and made a quick realization that he had an infected tooth that needed surgery. They were able to do the procedure the same day and it went perfectly and he is doing so much better now. I am so thankfully to all of the staff as they took amazing care of my dog. I would definitely recommend this vet to others

Dr. Flores has been my pet Caine's doctor for 9 plus years. Recently he needed surgery and Dr. Flores and his staff did a great job, they made us feel like family taking care of our Caine. Thank you PVVC we love you.

I want to take a moment to praise Perris Valley Veterinary Clinic—especially Dr. Sharp and his incredible team—for their compassion and care during a very difficult time. We brought in our 3-year-old English bulldog, Harley, after he suddenly stopped eating. It turned out he had swallowed a toy and needed surgery to remove the blockage. Dr. Sharp performed the surgery and took the time to thoroughly explain everything to us. His dedication and genuine concern made a huge difference. This isn’t just a job to him—he truly cares about each of his patients. I’ve never met a vet who shows such deep compassion. I HIGHLY recommend Perris Valley Veterinary Clinic. A huge thank you to Dr. Sharp, Dr. Krantz, Collin, and the entire staff for their kindness and support during such an emotional experience. We’re happy to report that Harley is recovering well and on the mend!

Dr. and Mrs. Flores were wonderful! I brought my dog in later in the day and paid a fair price for a walk in exam. Jackie, was AMAZING! kind, sincere, and while she was juggling many tasks all at once, she made all of us concerned pet parent's feel seen and heard! Dr. Flores was thorough in Dexter's exam and even offered to give him FREE pain medication! Also, the vet tech's (did not get their names) were just as amazing!❤ I will continue to bring my pet's to this clinic. BTW, Dexter is feeling much better after a few of days of strict rest and TLC! I’m so grateful to Perris Valley Veterinary Clinic for helping save my puppy Sadie when she had parvo. It was such a scary time, but they took amazing care of her and supported us every step of the way. The treatment was also very affordable, which meant so much to me. Everyone there the veterinarian, the vet technicians, assistants, and the receptionist was incredibly kind, compassionate, and caring. I truly appreciate everything they did for my puppy and highly recommend them to anyone who needs a veterinary clinic that genuinely cares about their animals. 🐶❤️

Amazing vet clinic. I brought my tortoise in to be checked out and the vet and staff were amazing. They helped and cared for my tortoise and I left feeling at ease and happy with the care. Everyone there was so kind and helpful and I felt so comfortable there being a new patient and all. I will definitely be coming back here if any of my reptiles need a visit. 🐢🦎

I want to make it very clear the staff was amazing, . I rated it a 1 because unfortunately the staff isn’t the one seeing the pets. My dog was attacked and thankfully they were able to get me an appointment same day. The Vet Dr.Flores was absolutely terrible and I will be contacting the board. My dog is not vicious; before he introduced himself he opens the room door and made a comment about how he was scared of my dog while she was laying on the floor bleeding from her wounds, from there everything went down hill. He popped his head in 2 more times and made "jokes" about how he’s too scared to come in the room and help. I sat in the exam room for over 30 minutes when he finally came in all he did was pinched the back of my dogs leg(completely away from the wound) and made a comment about how her lung could be punctured, he didn’t elaborate and walked away and told the tech to "print the estimate " I had to leave out of the room and ask staff to clarify if her lung was truly punctured. I then sat there another 30 minutes to get an estimate to put her under anesthesia for reasons that he never clarified. I paid $85 dollars to sit in the room and get annoyed; no one cleaned her would, there was no discussion of antibiotics, stitches, or any treatment plan . I left and went to dollar general bought some dawn soap, iodine , and wound care items went home and did absolutely everything by myself! I am looking for another vet because I believe she needs stitches. Yes the prices are low here but once again you get what you pay for. If you have a larger breed DO NOT COME HERE AND DO NOT SEE "doctor" Flores. It was a waste of time , money and added unnecessary stress.
