Tender Care Animal Hospital of Peoria

We experienced an issue with our dog where a tick bite developed into something more serious. After visiting a local veterinarian and feeling that our concerns were not fully addressed, we decided to seek a second opinion. Tender Care Animal Hospital was highly recommended to us, and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience. The veterinarian took the time to thoroughly answer all of our questions and clearly explained several options for how to move forward. He was extremely friendly and hospitable, which made an already stressful situation much easier to navigate. Along the way, we encountered a few challenges, but the team was consistently accommodating, responsive, and helpful. Our pup is doing great now, and we are very grateful for the care we received. We will definitely be using Tender Care Animal Hospital moving forward.

Tender Care staff are attentive, caring and knowledgeable. We would walk in and they knew us and our pup. It is a very caring and upbeat place for your pet. The veterinarian side and the daycare side are both excellent! We will always use Tender Care! Thank you for all the love and support you have shown our pets.

The animal hospital is great! All Drs are very caring and more than happy to explain all things with you about your pet/pets. I can in all honesty say I absolutely trust them with my pets. Of course I have my favorites because I see them more often. Dr Simison and Dr Siegel! Both also fun to just talk with! I recommend taking your pet to Tender Care!

Oliver is a rescue who was food deprived and his first owner made him lose a leg. I have had him for four years and he is an incredibly happy little tripod. He also has reactive behaviors/paw chewing. Everyone at TCAH was great with him. They did a Wonderful job of approaching him, providing him the care he needed, and we both walked out of there very happy. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new vet

I love the care we get with our fur babies. They truly are amazing and show that they care. We will always recommend Tender Care. I also, want to included when my dog Chloe had Pyometra she needed emergency surgery and nobody would take her but Tender care did and even work with me. We stil lost her but They did their best after most vets turned me away because I didn't have 3000. Thank you!!

I cannot say enough good things about not only this animal hospital, but Dr. Larson as well. There have been many times over the last 5 or so years that he has gone above and beyond for my family’s and friends pets. I’m not sure if he’d want me to tell everyone this, but he is an incredible man who has given out his personal phone number to many people and helps families outside of business hours. I feel he truly means it when he says call him anytime. He cares so deeply about his patients and it shows! I recommend him and Tender Care to everyone I know. We have liked the other vets we’ve seen at Tender Care as well. We also use Tender Care’s grooming and boarding services and have always had good experiences!

Prince went in for a Wellness checkup, Rabies Vaccine and other shots to keep him updated. The Vets and the Staff always takes so good care of Prince and his needs. They are so patient because sometimes it's needed for different kind of services. Prince will be able to Board again if needed also. Thankyou Tender Care for Caring for Prince.
