Very unprofessional staff. I did the "everything" package that’s around ~$400, but they lost my cat’s fecal sample! I collected the sample and drop it off the first thing in the morning and keep extra attention, the staff who received the sample confirmed they received it and will send it to lab. But a few days later I still didn’t get the report back - I called and they said they NEVER received the sample and I will have to collect and drop it again. What kind of bs is that! What a waste of time and money! Will never come back again

I had an appointment few weeks ago for my neonatal kitten with this location’s Veterinarian, Ann Davis and their vet tech. And they were both just a joy! Very high and good energy with those two. The tech was so gentle with handling my kitten, and the Veterinarian was very sweet and understanding. Answered all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend her!

It’s taken me a while to write this, but I’ve been meaning to for some time. In December 2024, I had to make the incredibly difficult decision to say goodbye to my best friend of 16 years, Cinnamon. He was family, and the loss was deeply painful. From my very first call to the clinic, I was met with compassion and patience—even as I struggled through tears to speak. On the day of the appointment, I noticed a candle lit at the front desk, a quiet, thoughtful gesture to signal that someone in the clinic was grieving. It meant so much to us. Every team member we interacted with was kind, empathetic, and gentle. We never felt rushed, though the visit itself was brief. After we said our last goodbye, we thought that was the end. But shortly after, we received Cinnamon’s ashes, a beautiful card, and a vial with a strand of his fur—an unexpected and touching gesture we’ll always cherish. We are so grateful & want them to know how much that meant to me. Will definitely return to establish care for our other fur baby, Rocky.

Finally a truly affordable veterinary clinic! The doctor and staff are very thorough and explain everything. So happy to have found them!

Every visit is different. Some visits are informative and thorough while other visits were rushed. I waited 30 -40 minutes with no one else in the waiting rooms for a refill on prescriptions. I don’t understand how they staff the office. Rarely the same people.

Took my cat in for what is presumably an ear infection. The tech takes him out of his cage weighs him and only then after inquires about rabies vaccines. All our animals are up to date and I told them as such. They request documents that were never mentioned that they were needed until that moment, so of course I didn’t have it. They then proceed to try and sell my more vaccines despite not needing them. Also, even with my wife’s membership to the clinic the visit was still over 200 dollars. I took my cat and left. This place is just trying to sell you stuff and doesn’t care about caring for your pet.

My dog Wallis was a patient here (Pearland Pkwy location) for the last couple of years until he passed last Friday. The staff helped him make his transition over the rainbow bridge with such care and compassion. Throughout the time he was a patient here, he received excellent care and the DRs and staff are so caring and attentive. I would not hesitate to recommend and will be bringing pets here in the future.
