Houston Veterinary Walk-in & Urgent Care

We had such a wonderful experience at Houston Veterinary Walk-in and Urgent Care. From the moment we walked in, we felt cared for and supported. Doctor Carolina and nurse Jessica were incredibly kind, thoughtful and attentive. They took their time with our sweet boy Sunny and made sure he was comfortable every step of the way. Their compassion and professionalism truly stood out. They explained everything clearly, answered all of our questions and treated Sunny like he was their own. We are so grateful for the exceptional care they provided. Thank you, for giving our sweet boy the very best care- it meant more to us than you know ❤️

Such a wonderful experience at such a traumatic time for my pet and i. The entire appointment was handled with such compassion and care. Amanda and Dr Kim presented our treatment plan from minimal testing to more intense testing to discover what the cause might be. I was able to choose knowing that I could return the next day if needed to pursue further treatment. The entire process was handled with such patience and professionalism. I would highly recommend for anyone who's loved one needs medical care. So thankful and blessed to say My Little Lulu had a restful night and then felt much better the next morning. Took my baby here for an emergency! they were quick to check if she was stable! They found a stick stuck in her mouth and also have her anti- nausea medicine! they were thorough when explaining everything to me! I 100% recommend this location

Have had to use the services of this Urgent Care twice now. Both times the staff have been very kind, up front, and goes over all possible avenues for care clearly and without any pressure. The staff is super professional and still human w/ compassion regarding care. Prices are pretty close to standard vet care and you're not waiting forever for care. If your pet is having a late night problem, do not wait bringing them in.

I am so extremely grateful for the staff here! I had to take my cat Milo in on Easter Sunday. Everything they said and did helps to ease my anxieties and made me feel confident that my boy was in good hands. Both our tech and the doctor were extremely kind and knowledgeable, I kept thinking to myself "these people are geniuses" haha! They took the time to explain everything the procedure included and why it was necessary. The office was also very clean and quiet. When the procedure was done they let us see Milo as he was coming off the anesthesia and they had wrapped him up like a little drunk purrito, it was just so cute! They even let us look at the weird growth they removed and it was honestly so fascinating! All in all the staff here are kind, smart, funny, supportive, and will treat your babies as their own. Thank you guys again, Milo is definitely feeling lighter and happier!

I had a great experience during such a scary situation with my dog. The staff attended to us right away and didn’t make us wait in the lobby. The establishment closes at midnight, and I arrived at 11:00 p.m., yet they stayed until 12:45 a.m. to make sure my dog received the care she needed. Pricing was very reasonable considering it was an emergency, and the staff even followed up the next day. If you ever find yourself in a scary situation, do not hesitate to go here.
