VCA Village Animal Hospital

We were in Palm Bay on vacation and needed anti nausea meds for our dog for the car ride home. Village Animal Hospital was able to get us in on a Saturday and had us in and out so quickly. I have never seen such an efficiently run veterinarians office. Everyone was so friendly and our little drama queen will be able to enjoy his car ride home tomorrow! Thank you.

My first experience with this clinic was to put my elderly cat down. I was able to bring her in 1 hour after I called. They were very compassionate and reassuring. They made the process as comfortable as it could be.

I just wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank Cynthia for going above and beyond in helping me with my dog, Bear. Nail trims have always been a stressful experience for him (and me!), but her calm demeanor, patience, and gentle approach made all the difference. She took the time to make Bear feel safe and comfortable, and I could tell she genuinely cared about his well-being. It’s not every day you come across someone so compassionate and skilled. Her kindness and professionalism made a world of difference, and I’m so grateful for her help. Thank you again for treating Bear like one of your own. You truly made our day better!

I have been going to VCA for 10 Year. Dr. Peterson is an amazing kind and compassionate doctor. I really appreciate the total transparency when having discussions about my beloved animals. I myself am a no nonsense person and I value anyone that can match my energy and tell me exactly how things are and does not sugarcoat anything. Especially when tough discussions need to happen. She is patient and listens to my concerns and really cares about the wellbeing of my pets. This is exactly the kind of doctor I want treating my family. Yes their pricing is on the higher side. But I am happy to pay whatever the amount because I know that my dogs are getting exceptional care from life until the time that they must cross the rainbow bridge. I trust them implicitly. I also really enjoy the staff. Everyone I have interacted with is super friendly and helpful.

We took VCA Village Animal Hospital up on their first exam free offer. Unfortunately when we brought our cat in for the exam it was because we could tell she was sick. When we got there, they told us we needed to put her down. Right then. It was unbelievably hard, but they were so kind and understanding. They worked with us to help get our precious kitty privately cremated so we could keep her remains and helped give us ink paw prints and gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye. They made an unbearable experience somewhat a little bit easier with their kindness and understanding. So thank you VCA Village Animal Hospital for your kindness and understanding. R.I.P. I had an amazing experience as a first time client. I called at 9am with concerns of my dogs itching/skin being really red. They had me in by 10am the same morning. I felt comfortable and attended to. I also didn’t have a long wait. Pricing was very reasonable as well. Will definitely be my new vet!

Today (4/15/23) our elderly cat Jack started to get worse. He’s been failing for a few months now. I called several vets and the emergency vet. Anyone who would see him couldn’t do it until next week. The emergency vet was so out of our price range. I called VCA and spoke to Maddie (I think!) and she was the absolute best. She worked with us on getting him seen today and spoke to the vet (I’m sorry I don’t know her name!) about fitting Jack in today. My husband brought Jack in to be seen and have him put him to sleep. He came home and said everyone was very sweet and compassionate and showed empathy in this horrible time for us. I just want to thank you guys for going above and beyond for us today and showing that empathy and sympathy for us and our 16 year old Jack. I really appreciate everything that was done for us today and I don’t think I said it when we got off the phone.
