Dr. Regalado and team are incredible. Our pups have seen her, Dr. Wong and other vets at this practice for over 5 years now, since moving to the area. The staff has shown so much love and care for our pups especially during hard time including the passing of one of our pups. They work hard to get us in when we are in need and have always taken time to help us understand what is going on and provide information to help us make the best decisions for our pups. I cannot recommend this team enough.

Bailey is always so well taken care of here at this location in Pacifica!This is definitely my go-to pet care place. The team is incredible caring, attentive, and always makes us feel welcome. I truly trust them with my baby and appreciate all the love and care they give every visit.

My dogs and I love Banfield Hospital Pacifica. The staff know my dogs by name and also their unusual quirks. They take care of my dogs really well and are very loving and patient with them. My dogs love coming back. They are not afraid of seeing their favorite vet, vet technician and Banfield staff.

Best vet experience ever. Amazing medical and admin staff. They're a great team. Even the admin staff showed their experience by explaining what each proposed test was for. They were very transparent with their reasonable prices and weren't pushy at all. I brought my cat in to diagnose his peeing outside the litter box and he wouldn't pee and had none in his bladder. They went above as a beyond and let me leave him in their care for 5 hours (he still wouldn't pee or drink though) and they kept calling with updates even while they had other appointments. The team truly loves and cares about the health of your pet.

Dr. Regalado, Judy, Ana, & Holly are so wonderful! They are always professional & give great care to my dog Teddy! Love this Banfield location & this awesome team!

If I could give Banfield Pacifica a million stars I would. From receptionist to nurses and Dr. are so kind friendly and understanding. I have been to private offices outside Banfield and this place I feel completely leaving my child to them.
