Let me first start by saying that I’ve been coming to this doctor for years and right next-door. They have a daycare and grooming service that they recommend and partner with. I took my dog for her first grooming appointment there and they had her for six hours I had to call in to ask what’s going on and they were like oh she’s almost done. They gave her back to me looking like a homeless dog. See attached photo. Fast forward to today where I had a bad experience during one of my dogs annual check ups where the took my dog to the back and didn’t explain what they were doing or how long she would be back there. 30 minutes pass and my dog is still in the back I come out to ask what exactly is going on and they just say we only have one doctor, we’re really busy today. Every single time I’ve called this doctor’s office. I’ve been placed on hold for 2 to 5 minutes. The entire facility is extremely dirty. Lack of cleanliness smells like dirty animal all the time. During my last poor visit, I asked for all of my paperwork for my dog so that I can switch her to a different doctor.

This morning November 29th I was contacted and asked to move my rabbit Bean’s spay appointment—scheduled for December 1st—only two days before the procedure. This will be the sixth rabbit of mine your clinic has seen, and as a long-time client and experienced rabbit owner, I was very surprised and disappointed by how the situation was handled. I expressed that the last-minute change creates a significant inconvenience, especially after waiting over a month for this appointment. Unfortunately, I did not feel that my concerns were met with empathy by the receptionist, Hailey, or by Courtney, who later informed me that Dr. Wolf was canceling the appointment entirely because I requested a discount to help offset the disruption to my schedule. I am deeply disappointed by this response. I was simply asking for some accountability and understanding regarding the inconvenience caused by the clinic. Instead, I feel I was dismissed as a client. I expect professionalism, empathy, and respect, especially given my long history with your practice, and I hope this matter can be reconsidered and addressed appropriately.

Dr Hill and his staff are absolutely impeccable. Dr. Hill and his staff have treated all of precious animals for 24 years They are very professional, respectful, polite and knowledgable in the veterinarian profession They have the best team of Doctors, Vet Techs, Receptionists and general staff! I can't tell you all how much I admire all that they do! I would highly recommend Underhill Animal Hospital to anyone who is looking for "The Best of the Best" veterinarian care Thomas Moran

Lake Underhill Animal Hospital was truly there for us during a time of need. After an unexpected loss in our family, they were able to quickly make arrangements to take care of our dog the very next day and keep her for a week. They treated her with such love and compassion. This was the first time we had ever left her, and the staff immediately put us at ease. Knowing she was well cared for and genuinely loved gave us so much comfort during an incredibly difficult time.

I have been taking my dogs here for the past 11 plus years and will continue to take every dog I own here. Each tech and doctor remembers my pets each time they come in and treats them as if they are their own. The front staff is also always kind and very helpful.

The best of the best of the best! I won’t take my Shepherd ANYWHERE but here! Gage has a special temperament and the staff here know exactly how to handle him! Dr. Wolfe, Dr. Bianca, Erin, Jessie and Matt are absolutely fantastic! Matt took extra time in ensuring Gage was comfortable while he stayed overnight and he made sure that this fur mama was kept up to date on every step of the treatment process! All the folks at Underhill Animal Hospital are wonderful, caring people! I have only been taking my Yorkie, Buddy, there for several months and I never have a problem getting an appointment and the prices are very reasonable, plus me being a senior, I get a discount on services! Dr. Hill has been practicing there for over 50 years. They treat my dog with care. I highly recommend Underhill Animal Hospital!
