Exactly 1 month ago, my Frederico was diagnosed with FIP. 💔 I was completely devastated, terrified of losing my cat. Frederico arrived weighing only 4.2 pounds, extremely weak, fragile, anemic, and without strength. Today, after just 1 month of treatment, he is almost 9 pounds. It is truly emotional to look at him now and remember how everything started. I will never forget all the care, kindness, respect, and attention we received from Dr. Alberto Villalobos, the assistants Eiline and Luísa, and every single employee at the veterinary clinic. During one of the hardest moments of my life, they did not only take care of Frederico… they took care of me too. Always with patience, compassion, humanity, and kindness in every appointment, every message, and every piece of guidance. Seeing my cat eating again, gaining weight, grooming himself, playing, and truly living again is something I will never have enough words to thank you for. I had a great experience with Dr. Villalobos and the technician, Moises. I arrived on time, which helped everything run smoothly and efficiently. They were both wonderful with my dog—very gentle, attentive, and clearly experienced with handling pets. I also appreciated how affordable their prices are, especially considering the quality of care they provide. They have a great selection of medications available on-site, which made things very convenient. Overall, I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a caring and professional veterinary team.

Had a wonderful experience. Pay only for the things that I needed for my dog. Doctor was kind nd knowledgeable The whole staff was amazing. Quick and easy. They treated my dog very well. I will definitely bring all my furry babies here.

With the ever rising vet costs these clinicks are a godsend. I was able to get a large tumor taken off my dog at much reduced rate. The biopsy revealed it to be malignant but thanks to the surgical expertise of the doctor it also showed that 100 % of the tumor was removed. They were very caring and provided an alternative waiting area for my reactive dog. If you want diagnostic work done on your dog or cat I would highly recommend these clinics. Their appointments are about 30 days out .

This is an exceptional veterinary hospital; the staff are kind and empathetic. Dr Alberto Villalobos cared for my pug, Gruber Luguer III, with all the knowledge, love and patience in the world, ensuring he enjoyed a good quality of life until he passed away peacefully in the Lord’s care. I wholeheartedly recommend this hospital, and Dr Alberto Villalobos in particular.

Well im here now been waiting over an hr past the appt. time. And there saying its atleast another 30 minutes. So far unimpressed with the service and concern for other people's time and schedules. Will update with quality of service after we actually get to be seen. Well update 1.5 hrs been told we're next for 30 minutes but continue to see other animals goback. If your time is important this is not the vet for you. Ended up walking out after waiting 2 hrs. Staff could careless no apologies no nothing just ok. Here's the advice take your pets to macabe you cant get quality care from a place that cant manage a schedule any better then that do you really want medical care from them. Do your pets a favor dont go here.

Called to say my Dog and I were going to arrive late, luis mentioned over the phone there was a $10 late fee. Which is okay, we were late!! When we arrive there turns out everyone's turn was behind!! We were waiting about +25 mins on the lobby,(with at least 10 other dogs) then they put us on room 9 to wait. After like 20 mins on the room,Christiancomes over and says sorry, the dr is helping someone with a complicated situation we haven't forgot about you. I walked my dog and came back, I have a Husky there was another husky when I walked out and my dog was behaving totally fine. Vet Villalobos comes in, doesn't even say Hi or present his self. Gives me like a needle w/o the sharp part to give it to my dog on his mouth. My dog wasn't letting me and he barked. Villalobos started being even more rude. My dog was completely FINE before interacting with him. I think he could sense his bad vibe. Christian helped us hugging the dog so they can put the shots. And villalobos in a very RUDE tone said: write down on the note that this dog needs medication before seeing him. Weird that last time we were there none of that happened!! All the staff was super nice. Thank you Christian for all your help!!! 🙂 I really appreciate it, and thank u for being nice. Chris tells me to go to the front and pay I go out and walk into the lobby again. 3 of the receptionist see me there and don't say anything. I had to ask again where do I go to Pay. Good things about this place: 1.Christians' help. 2. Seems clean 3. Plenty of Parking. Maybe villalobos was having a hard day, I'd like to believe that, we all do but that's not a reason or excuse to be rude to people!!
