Clean, orderly, and friendly. This vaccine clinic was much more affordable that my regular vet visits, and they got us in on a Saturday to vaccinate a neighborhood cat after we found a dead bat in the yard. The staff was kind to our friendly cat, and we were out in record time at a price I haven't seen in years. I'll be bringing my other pets in for their routine shots from now on!
We’ve used the clinic twice for vaccines. Both times it went very smoothly. We have a big, old German shepherd dog who gets nervous around other dogs and they let us come early and wait with her so she could get used to the surroundings, and then they let us go first which was super nice. Vaccines were done well and the staff seemed professional.
Took my 2 dogs! One was my puppy to get brand new shots and my other adult dog to get his rabies. We were in and out within 25 minutes! Excellent services and my dogs were treated well.
Went on July 5th for rabies. My dog has gotten very sick. Only 1 years old, healthy balanced diet with veggies and extra supplements. Ended up throwing up, having mucus in his stool, refusing to eat, and not wanting to move for almost 3 days now. Went to a local vet Monday who said 2 other dogs had come in that day for the same symptoms, same shots from the same location. Had to wait on the phone for 20+ minutes to hear from an associate on just how to get a reimbursement of the vet bill. Still waiting to hear back from Vetco for further actions.
The receptionist, while very friendly wasted a ton of time soliciting stuff I was clear my dog didn't need. It made me nearly walk out. Please don't have me read you the weight off the scale then tell me "wrong.... More like (insert weight)" the Vet tech and Vet in the back were great as always, except when he left the needle hanging out of my dog's leg to "find something" before you removed it, you'd already drawn his blood. My dog was vocal but very happy until you did that.
From the moment we checked in to seeing the veterinarian was extremely pleasant. These folks are so very kind and friendly. They were so gentle with my frightened little dog. So very appreciated.
Vetco is not Open on Sundays as indicated online or the Petco web page. Apparently they only hold Clinics on Friday and Saturday. Seriously fix your web page especially for those that travel distances for service.
