Horrible! Our cat has a UTI. Vet couldn’t get a urine sample but prescribed an antibiotic and said he see this all the time. 2 weeks later the UTI was still there. We called, made and appointment (week out). I was told to pay prior but forgot (I got busy, and not a common request that I forgot). I called 3 days before my appointment letting them know I see blood in the cats urine and can the prescribe something different prior to my appointment. I was told I no longer had the appointment due to not pre paying. That no Dr was available until Monday. I informed her the Dr was guessing what antibiotics and felt it was a little unfair to charge us again. I was told I could have refused the medication at the first appointment!!! What?!?! This place is a joke! Or should I say, you get what you pay for! It’s cheaper for a reason! No appointment now, sick cat still (3 weeks now) and out $250 ish

The people that work here are amazing. From our arrival they made us feel welcome and cared for. Our girl needed surgery and they were able to fix the issue. I can not thank each of the employees enough for their efforts and compassion. Dr B. educated us on future care - I highly recommend the Clay Humane Clinic.

Took great care of my dog in an emergency situation that required surgery. There were many others there with their pets also dealing with emergencies. The staff was calm, courteous, and caring. Most importantly, they saved my baby's life. I am so grateful.

Had my miniature Schnauzer spayed here last week and they were wonderful! I was nervous about going through the Humane Society as opposed to my regular vet but the pricing was so much more reasonable. She healed well with no issues!

I was recommended to come to this place by another vet emergency clinic and immediately called. Ms. Jessica was so kind on the phone even though I know it was very busy. She handled the stress of a busy day so well. When I got there it was like ten other customers in front of me and Jessica remembered who I was. The care they gave my little frenchie was immaculate and even gave him a nickname. Dr. Wenner is for sure doing the Lord's work. 10/10 would recommend.

Excellent experience here. They are low cost, not necessarily inexpensive but way less than a regular veterinary office! Kind and compassionate and explained everything they were going to do and charges before hand as to get an "ok" first. Great facility! We will be back!

Allie and abby at this location are the best ever. so thoughtful and caring- especially what you need in hard times This company has resources for you if you ask they are very kind at the front desk. Thank you girls
