Dr. Showalter is the best vet in town. I just lost my cat, and it was so tragic, but the rapport I had with Dr. Showalter really made it like hearing the news from a friend. I truly think she helped add years onto my baby's life. She always treated her like she was her own pet and a member of my family, which is exactly what she was. Thanks, Cedar Creek Pet Hospital for making my cat's life so much better, even the end of it. 💜

So we once trusted Cedar Creek for our Pet Care, but not anymore. We take our beautiful dog there for boarding while we went to Mexico for a week and they were told that we wanted a bath and a nail trim. He is also on medicine and we provided a full bag of pill pockets a large bag of food and a stuffed rawhide bone. So we went to pick up our pup at 10:30 am like agreed upon and there was no bath, no nail trim they at first dint give us back our full bag of pill pockets and the bone was long gone and it normally takes months for him to go through it. They said they were short handed well guess what the services that we paid for up front should have been done regardless and we get home and he has blood on his nose where it appears to have maybe been a dog fight. This service was absolutely horrible, this hospital should be ashamed of themselves. You can tell I am extremmly pissed off

Cedar Creek is great at getting you in on short notice when necessary. Dr. Peterson was very helpful when dealing with my dog’s intestinal blockage over the holidays. He went above and beyond and even texted to check in on him on Christmas Day. Thank you so much!

Same day care on a Saturday, empathetic staff, fast treatment, and a very cost-affordable bill. These were all things I wasn't expecting from an urgent care visit for a first time patient but we were welcomed as if we'd been coming there for generations. Dr. Peterson explained everything well and treated my little girl well and relieved her pain and discomfort. I'm very thankful for him and his RVT Amber. Overall a wonderful visit that left me and my ol' pup pleased and wanting to come back for preventative care 🙂

This was our first time at Cedar Creek and we have absolutely no complaints. We took our 11 year old cat in for dental pain which ended up requiring surgery and during the entire process, Dr Peterson was hands down the most genuine and caring vet we’ve experienced. It’s not about the $$ with him, but the care they can provide your pet. He went well above and beyond. Zeus has recovered and is back to normal, thanks to Dr Peterson and the staff at Cedar Creek.
