The staff there are so kind and caring. I have been there a lot with a new puppy and have brought her in for things that only a new dog lover would come in for. Not once did they make me feel like a paranoid "new puppy mom" and understood totally why I was there. Annie at the reception desk is also so amazing. Very patient and kind in person and on the phone. Thanks Annie.
Such a pleasant surprise when I dropped my 2 mini Aussies to have their yearly dental cleaning. Annie checked us in and made us feel welcome and important. Got and gave kisses to the pups which they love showing affection. Not often do you get that kind of greeting.
Absolutely terrible. Got suckered into a "wellness plan." I’ve paid over $600 and haven’t gotten anything more than a couple shots and a dental cleaning. Ridiculously up charge for every single tiny little thing Forgot to do my dog’s ear cleaning And even during the cleaning the doctor refused to take care of a tiny skin tag while my dog was under anesthesia for a dental cleaning just so they can get me back to suck out more money.
For the Dr. and staff that saw Raven today it went so well. She has been having a time with her allergies and just not wanting to be prodded by anyone. You all picked up on that and were patient with her which helped keep her at ease. Thank you so much.
I have taken my dog, OZZY in twice in the last several months & Patti was who took care of US..she is always VERY kind, pleasant, caring, knowledgeable, thorough, and professional!! She answered my questions before I was even was able to ask them! Very informative! Discussed Ozzys weight @ length with some goals set !!! She’s very gentle with Ozzy!
Hi! My mom took me to Banfield and I saw a new doctor and he was great. I really don't like my temperature taken but I was still a good boy. The technicians gave me lots of scratches and cuddles. I'm 16 years old now and a little over weight so its important I stay healthy. So tell your parents to go to Banfield so you stay health for a long time. Zeke Gold
