Best people there. We've had the honor of being a patron for two pets. When we had to put our beloved Tink down. They made a spot under a tree for all of the family to bid farewell. Now with our new dog, they are doing great. Highly recommend this facility.

I've only had great experiences here! The staff and doctors have always been friendly. They go over costs before they perform anything so you're not surprised by your bill. My dog has had multiple surgeries here and always recovered well and they sent me photos and updates throughout the process. They accept Care Credit.

We recently had to say goodbye to our beloved family husky after many wonderful years, and the team at Burch Creek showed us nothing but kindness, compassion, and care during one of the hardest days of our lives. From the moment we arrived, they treated our husky with such respect and gentleness, making sure he was comfortable and peaceful. They also took incredible care of us — explaining each step, giving us time to say goodbye, and offering genuine empathy that meant so much. It was such a comfort to know he was surrounded by people who truly cared. We’ll always be grateful for the compassion and professionalism of everyone at Burch Creek. I’ve been loyal to the same vet for the past five years because I felt my cats were being well cared for. However, as that office got busier, their quality in care seemed to decrease and get more expensive. I started gradually transitioning my pets to Burch Creek Animal Hospital, and I’m so glad I did. Even with the extra 15-20 minute drive, it’s completely worth it because they genuinely care about your animals. I’ve been working specifically with Dr. Sharon, and she not only listens to all of my concerns and observations but also takes the time to make sure I feel heard and understood. They provide multiple options for care, making sure I’m comfortable with any decision. What really sets them apart is the follow-up care. After my initial appointment, the staff called to check on my pet to ensure they were okay and that their medication was working without any issues. They’re incredibly responsive, whether it’s by text, phone, or through their app. I always get an answer within a business day. The staff is proactive, even letting me know the status of prescriptions and paperwork. They go above and beyond to make things easier on my end, which I truly appreciate. I’ve never had an experience like this with a vet, and I’m grateful to everyone at Burch Creek Animal Hospital!

I love Dr. Laura's approach and trust her completely. She and the whole team at Burch Creek are so loving and tender and impeccable with every animal. I have been with Burch Creek through multiple family pets and the staff and the service just keep improving.

The staff is amazing here. They really do care about your pets. They didn’t force unnecessary things for an injury my dog suffered. Even emailed me the instructions for his care and follow up on if the paw got better or not and the next steps if it doesn’t. I have been using them for almost a year now and will continue for all my dogs needs.

This animal hospital has to be the rudest place I’ve ever taken our families pets too. The first pet we took there they wouldn’t even let him in the clinic. The literally treated him in the back of my truck like a poverty case. He died 1 day later thanks for the help. Now on to dog 2 he ripped his nail and my wife took him in at 1730 I get it they’re about to close but the shouldn’t have said bring him in then. The lady was a complete and total hack with zero people skills. She was rude to my wife and my son. Just pure nasty. Please do not reply to my review to soften it. Your whole establishment is a joke. Update his nail fell off on his own. It’s just sad if you question procedure costs you get black flagged. I’m sorry I know my family just doesn’t have tons of money to throw around . We spent a total of $700 dollars on the first dog that died at your establishment then another $10000 grand at the hospital on 1900 st for him to just die. So we do inquirie on vet costs but your attitude as a Vet was has been unacceptable both times. We used to take our other dogs and a cat there to see the other vet the older guy. Like I said your hack and crabby joke for a vet.
