I had an emergency on Veterans Day; I was scared and didn't know where to go (I found a little dog with a broken leg). I didn't want to abandon her, so I took her with me, and we went to this place. Everyone was very kind, especially a young woman who was working in the afternoon and evening (I don't know her name, otherwise I would mention it). She was very helpful, and they attended to me after about an hour (it's worth noting that it was a holiday, and they had many other pets to see). I wasn't bothered by the wait. Afterward, we went inside, and they quickly took X-rays, gave me options, and unfortunately, I had to make the difficult decision to amputate her leg. She stayed there for four days, and we visited her every day during visiting hours. They told me she was a little aggressive, but they still treated her with the same care. The bill seemed reasonable, and they gave me a receipt that clearly showed everything they were charging for. It was very emotionally draining to be there and see some people leaving with boxes/bags containing their pets' belongings; it was very sad. However, everyone received excellent care. I am very grateful to them.

We took out baby there not knowing what was wrong, they tested her for parvo to rule it out even though she was vaccinated, and she ended up positive. They told us she would be there about 4 days, but not even 48 hours later she was ready to come home!! They took great care of her and the staff was amazing! Would definitely go back should I ever need to!

I own a Rottweiler that's professionaly trained and very well mannered. No one in Odessa wanted to take us in for an urgent checkup on a mass-lump on his right neck area that developed in 3 days. This Veterinarian clinic said, yes, please bring him in ASAP and we'll get him checked out. Dr. Kim saw my boy and thinks it might be cancer. I pray to GOD-YHWH that he is wrong and the studies come back negative. The staff was so helpful, accommodating and empathetic. My experience was overwhelmingly good and beyond what I expected. The staff definitely shows a tremendous amount of care!!!

The West Texas ER Vet clinic team saved my Sophie. She had thrombocytopenia + GI bleed and they kept her for 36 hours until she was stable. Wait times are long, but it's an ER, and I understand that, so I waited. And it was worth it. I'm so thankful for Dr. Perry and Dr. Wills and their awesome team for their compassionate and excellent care of my baby.

Always a horrible experience. Friendly people, knowledgeable people, but lacking in customer service. You WILL wait at least 5 hrs to get you pet in. (The several more hours actually in a room.) They don’t have a sense of urgency at all, a complete disregard for you or your time. I’ve been here multiple times and it’s always the same, every, single time. Find a vet in another town, find a vet in another state, the drive there and back will still be quicker and chances are you’ll feel better about how you and your pet are treated. Absolutely unacceptable. l Feels a lot like going to the human emergency room at MCH.

They only care about money and nothing else. I am begging you, please never take any pets there. I strongly warn everyone—this is a very bad place

Went in with my shitzu a possibly disease and his drunk walking and vomiting and they continued to make us wait 6 hours and counting WE LEFT!!!!! NEVER COME HERE!!! There was a huge bulldog bleeding all over the floor for more than an hour and it took them 3 hours to bandage him up. Looked like there was ONE doctor and the girls working looked completely lost. Better business bureau will be called! This is HIGHLY UNACCEPTABLE.
