VIP Petcare Vaccination Clinic

The experience at VIPpetcare has really degraded. When I go to stand in line they tell you to register online. When I register online I get no text message so then I show up and they make you line up again and wait over an hour. Its a mess. Horrible experience with this clinic in multiple locations. Edit: Based on reply from VIP. Yes please do streamline the process. Everyone loves the clinic itself and its mission. Wishing you well on implementing a standard prosess across all clinics.

Staff was friendly. Unfortunately, my dog weighed 82+ lbs. accordingly Nguyen’s scale. I told your employee that was incorrect. I keep his weight between 60-65 lbs. she replied "That’s what the scale says". As I was driving home, it dawned on me that my pup was over vaccinated and I was charged more for it. I’ve been using you for years, but I will think twice about it next year.

Jen, Izzy, Nikki, and Riley were so helpful and patient with my insane dogs. They kept everyone under control patiently and with love. None of the dogs flinched during the blood draws because they're very skilled at handling the job.

The technicians were friendly and very helpful. They treated my dogs well and were efficient administering services.

We are so happy with VIP. It's fast and easy to get all my dog's vaccinations. As a bonus, they keep the records available and notify me when the vaccinations are due.

I took my dog in to get her nails clipped. She was very nervous but the two ladies at Pet Food Express were very patient and gentle with her. It all went well!
