Veterinary Emergency Center of Oak Lawn

We had an excellent experience with this clinic. I am so glad that it’s right here in Oak Lawn. They were able to see us the same day and removed my Doberman’s cyst/tumor on his leg that got infected so quickly and professionally. The clinic was very clean, the staff was fast, understanding, and took the time to explain everything clearly. You can truly tell they have a real passion for animals. My dog is healing great, and I’m so grateful for the care they gave us. I would absolutely recommend them.

Ive had so many bad experiences at different vet clinics and hospitals so coming here for the first time was not easy I was kind of nervous but after bringing my boy fluffy for vomiting and diarrhea and getting him checked out and giving him meds he started pooping better no more loose stools. Thank you Dr. Trevor & staff for being soo friendly and patient and for breaking everything down of what was needed , & for healing my boy fluffy, Eternally grateful. If you’re looking at this post and are debating whether or not to bring your pet bring them here they are great!!

Had to bring my female Dalmatian in because she was just not acting herself. The staff is so kind and compassionate. The vet is very thorough and did not rush me with my questions. He took the time to explain things and put my mind at ease

I had a wonderful experience bringing my dog Mia here. The entire staff was incredibly kind, caring, and professional from the moment we walked in. They saw her right away and helped us very quickly. Everyone was so lovely and compassionate. I’m so grateful for the care she received and would absolutely recommend this place.

We have a very difficult female Labradoodle that we brought in for injury to her leg. Staff was amazing and was very patient with us and her. Luckily her injury turned out to be not as serious as we thought. I’d highly recommend bring your pet to them for emergency care or using their vet practice at 110th and Cicero as your primary vet office.

We were truly blown away by our experience at the Veterinary Emergency Center of Oak Lawn. From the moment we walked in, we were struck by how spotless and fresh the facility was—no animal odors at all, just incredibly clean and welcoming. The entire staff was outstanding—kind, compassionate, and genuinely caring toward both us and our dog. They kept us informed every step of the way and made us feel completely confident that our pet was in the best hands. We treat our pets like family, and that’s exactly how they were treated here. On top of that, the pricing felt very fair for emergency care, which we deeply appreciated. We are beyond grateful and would highly recommend them without hesitation.

I came to this Clinic on 04/18/2026 after a very sad moment in my life when my pet had passed away, the clinic was not only compassionate for my pet but me as well. Today I picked up her ashes in the most beautiful urn I have ever seen. thank you for treating her with respect and thank you for the kindness you showed me. I would recommend anybody bring their animals here this is an amazing Clinic.
