I took my cat there for the first time. I liked that I was able to make an appointment ahead of time. my wait was reasonable. I was pleased with the price of the look over and 2 vaccines the cat needed. Sept 28, 2025 it was around $90 (I don't have the receipt in front of me for the exact price) The last Vet visit (at a veterinarian )I had, I paid $180 just for a visit, not including vaccines. Since I'm a nosey little F-er, I looked at the packages they offered for puppies (since they need a series of shots) and I can tell you that their prices are GREAT for that, especially the 3 visit package they offer. Please check it out online. My kid's dad just got a puppy and I wanted to give him the info. I noticed that the assistant was also very attentive and insistent that, the client in line who had a puppy, keep it in a carrier and then got a cart for her too, so that the puppy didn't touch the ground (unvaccinated puppies are vulnerable) I didn't feel like they tried to up-sell me anything either and the whole process from check-in to check -up, to check-out, went smoothly. The Vetco website is easy to use and easy to book an appointment with, also a plus.
I am normally very pleased with my visit but sadly this one was very disappointing. I take all three of my dogs here for immunization and up until this visit I had been extremely pleased. The Vet Tech closed the screen off so that I couldn't observe my dog then I was given a different heartworm prescription than my normal heart guard. I was not asked if I wanted the flea, tick trio, and since my dog takes anti seizure medicine I don't switch any of her medications. It wasn't until I received the prescription via email that I realized it wasn't what I asked for. ** UPDATE** Corporate Care Representative was awesome. I took my dog back and was retested and given the correct prescription. She was very apologetic and understanding of my frustration.
Had a 1st time appointment at 11:42 for my pup I was lost so I asked the cashier and she told me to get in another line so I never got to check in just stood in line for 30 minutes for NOTHING just so the blonde hair girl to want to recognize me to tell me they are not accepting no more pet appt today because I didn’t check in after 10 min of my appt time despite standing in line 30 min and me giving false information after ALL 3 LADIES LOOKED DEAD IN MY FACE. had a circle discussion then tell me I have to reschedule the audacity.
The Vetco here is an absolute joke. We had a scheduled 10:30 am appointment for our dog and weren’t even seen until 11:06. When they took our dog into their space they absolutely man handled her and she became so nervous tucking her tail and shaking worse than I’ve ever seen her do. They had the nerve to tell us she had problems and it probably wasn’t her anxiety causing it and we needed to take her to a vet and get her checked. And refused to give us a prescription because of it. Our girl was checked out by a Vet not even 2 months ago and had a clean bill of health. Will not be returning.
It was a terrible experience, nobody asked what my dog needed. I feel the information online is so trusted that they know what they are doing. The lady with the tablet was more interested in selling me treatments instead of asking what my dog needed. My visit was for a flu shot and they did a test.
I decided to try a clinic as all my kitty needed was a rabies shot. She is a nervous kitty and super attached to us. They refused to let us come in the exam room and closed it so we could not see her or reassure her. That was definitely uncomfortable and they were not reassuring when we expressed our concern. Not happy.
They were so nice. They talked to me and told me concerns they had for my dog
