We currently have four cats and one Lab under their care and have been with them for years. We lost our 15 yo maltipoo in November, 2025. We’ve always been pleased with the quality care, attentiveness, compassion, and responsiveness to our pets and us. We’ve really appreciated their patiences when the time comes for making those hard choices regarding our fur babies quality of life and end of life care.
Everyone from the front desk to vet techs to the doctor was so nice and helpful. I really liked that Dr. Simms fully listened to my concerns and explained everything so well. Also it’s the first time my dog has ever walked over to a stranger voluntarily! Dr. Simms has a great demeanor with both animals and their humans.
I have been taking my dogs here for the last several years. Recently, I had to put my oldest dog Yogu down. My wife called and made an appt to have him euthanized. On the day of the appointment, we checked in, and they took us immediately to a room. In the room, they had a blanket on the floor. The vet tech came in and walked me through the procedure and offered me some options. Before we started the procedure, they made my boy a final meal. They happened to have donuts and some goodies in the back. They treated him with such compassion. Huge shout out to the whole vet clinic in making his final minutes peaceful and caring. Yogi is now pain-free, and I can't thank the staff enough for how they treated him and me at the end of his life. R.I.P. Yogi Bear.
I had to do one of the hardest things I ever done and put my sweet Max down on Saturday. There were 3 people, 2 women and a male vet that helped me. Needless to say I was extremely emotional and these people were so patient and kind. There were times they tried to explain things to me and I just interrupted them and not one time did they change their attitude towards me. Each time I explained my hurt they took the time to try and comfort me by explaining why this was the best thing for my Max. I can’t thank them enough, whoever it was helping me thank you so much!!!!
Every one of the Warrick Vetinarian Clinics are amazing! They are so friendly and knowledgeable. No complaints at all. Just love them 💕
When we lost our sweet Jack, he was brought here. We had never been there before as this was not our regular vet office. The staff were extremely kind and thoughtful in our time of grief. We are very thankful for everyone who assisted us.
I have been taking my dog here for 8 plus years. I never really had an issue with service until recently. They recommended my 12 year old dog for a teeth cleaning (even though every time they look at his teeth they rave about how great they look). I had recently found what I thought to be part of his tooth on the floor so I decided to go ahead and schedule a cleaning. I expressed my concerns for one of his teeth before the procedure. They stated that if it needed to come out that would be a separate appointment and refused to take it out while he was already under anesthesia. After the procedure they told me the tooth needed to come out but it was not urgent and if I scheduled it within in a month I would receive a discount. (Sarcastic "yay"). As a 12 year old dog he struggled coming out of the anesthesia and I was not in a hurry to schedule again any time soon for his tooth to come out. Three weeks later on a Friday heading into a theee day weekend it became abscessed. I called two other vet offices that day and they could not believe they didn’t just go ahead and take the tooth out when he was under especially considering his age. Both offices agreed it was their standard practice to not put the animals under more than they need to. He has a lump on his chest that needs to be removed as well. Both offices agreed to take his tooth out and the lump on his chest at the same time which Warrick vet clinic refuses to do. We will not be back. For them it’s about the money. For me it’s about getting the best care for my dog.
