Care for Ekko was quick and efficient. Better than a human hospital. Alexandra Rogers, Sara Langfitt and Christopher Connolley. They were Ekko's dream team! Ekko and I both thank you for the service you provided. What you did best was save Ekko so I could bring him home. From the front desk to the triage nurse who were both very attentive started my visit with Ekko as a positive one considering he was so sick. Treatment plan was put together fairly quickly. I received numerous update calls throughout the day which was amazing. I have insurance that pays back 90%. So after insurance kicks in I paid 10%. Which makes it affordable and manageable. Ekkos team of doctors were amazing. The explanations of his care and plan of action were clear. I knew what was happening because of their daily updates around the clock.

Dr Robert hart is just the best! We feel he really cares about our dog Rocket and truly gives honest and trustworthy advice. We are really grateful Rocket is in his care. Each Dr we have met really patiently addresses our concerns and questions thoroughly and with compassion. Dr. Robert Hart I would love to recognize as a surgeon who is so caring, compassionate, honest and focused on what is best for Rocket. < br /> < br />Eve Taylor taking care of us in the Producers Council makes us feel really taken care of so well. < br /> < br />The dental surgeon was also so kind and obvious how much he cares about our Rocket. < br /> < br />Thank you to all at AMC. I really appreciate the care and the quiet service of the producers council office. Eve Taylor is wonderful. The Drs amazing. Rocket had tooth surgery and is being monitored for luxating patellas Each one I've met is amazing and caring. Dr Rocket hart and his vet tech were so kind and empathetic!! I trusted them fully because they care about what he best for Rocket. Absolutely Dr Robert hart explained why Rocket did not need to have his knee surgery and explained how he moved his knee joints in many different directions and how Rocket seemed to have no pain or discomfort.

I feel like my dog got good care. Everyone was extremely understanding and nice. My dog was experiencing an issue that couldn't be observed in the ER but I got recommendations and I feel she was treated well. The person who checked me in at reception was extremely patient and kind. I was, understandably, a little panicked and she helped calm me down and that was reassuring. Also, Ken G, who answered my call the next day when my dog had another episode, was very reassuring and kind. What was very reassuring and helpful was that the staff was so kind. The person who answered the phone when I called to confirm I should bring my dog into the ER, was friendly and professional and made me feel heard. The check-in staff were very friendly and helpful. It really put me at ease immediately in a scary situation. I haven't received follow up communications from the vet, but I did call to follow up and Ken G. who I spoke to was incredibly helpful, calming and reassuring and made an effort to make me feel heard and help me to send my follow up video of my dog having an episode.

I have a red eared slider with some symptoms that baffled 2 other veterinarians. I decided to take her here after reading about Latoya Latney, their exotic animal specialist. She's the best vet I've ever dealt with in my life! Brilliant, thorough, and extremely compassionate. She likely saved my pet's life. The whole experience here was great. Front desk staff were caring and extremely patient. Highly recommend you take your exotic babies here and nowhere else!

My partner and I decided to write this review as we just received something totally unexpected in the mail that made us tear up in genuine gratitude for the Schwarzman Animal Medical Center. I really cannot express our sincere thanks enough. A couple of months ago, we had a very traumatic day spent at the Center for the first time when we learnt that our cat Momo was suffering from extensive cancer and we had to make the devastating but humane decision to put him to sleep. This morning, we opened a letter informing us that the Arbor Day Foundation had received a donation in memory of Momo and as a tribute, a tree will be planted for him in Chippewa National Forest. The memorial was given by Schwarzman Animal Medical Center. What a truly beautiful, above and beyond thing to do. Our time spent at the Center went by in a blur as a true nightmare, but in looking back on the day now, the staff there could not have been more supportive, kind, or good at their jobs. This memorial donation is an act of kindness we will not forget. Donating a tree is a small but extremely impactful thing to do and we feel truly touched. Kindly, Celia and Tom

I cannot say enough incredible things about Animal Medical Center and, especially, Dr. Kulkarni. Our French Bulldog Toby underwent a 6-hour spinal surgery for IVDD, and from the very first moment, we knew we were in the best possible hands. Dr. Kulkarni is not only an exceptionally skilled surgeon, but someone who truly cares—taking the time to walk us through every detail, answer every question, and guide us through one of the most stressful experiences we’ve ever faced. The entire team at Animal Medical Center was outstanding. The level of professionalism, communication, and compassion was beyond anything we could have hoped for. They treated Toby like their own, and that meant everything to us. Toby is now on the road to recovery, and while some might call it a miracle—I would say the real miracle is Dr. Kulkarni. Her expertise, precision, and dedication gave our dog a second chance, and we will be forever grateful. If you ever need specialized care for your pet, there is truly no better place and no better surgeon. We will never forget what they did for Toby—and for our family.

A special thank you to Dr. Choe who always goes the extra mile. Sunny at the front desk in internal medicine is amazing. He supplied top notch customer service. The 3rd floor internal medicine is the best in all the hospital. Dr. Palma is an excellent doctor. I loved him. Waiting for months to see a doctor was my issue. We had to go to another clinic to help Rocky. He has been sick since January and was diagnosed with Cushings. We are happy to have Rocky with Dr. Palma now. Sunny at the front desk is great representation of the way AMC used to be. He is kind and provides amazing customer service. He made me feel at ease and just wonderful in all ways. He loves what he does and it shows. What you did best is have a wonderful team in internal medicine that washed away my disappointment with the AMC in general. Sunny is amazing. Full of love and kindness. The way AMC used to be in the past. Dr. Palma was highly recommended. He did not disappoint. He knows what he is talking about and has great empathy and communication skills. We loved him. Also a special thank you to Dr. Fox a great cardiologist
