Do not bring your pets to this racist veterinary office. This morning, my boyfriend rushed there because we woke up to his dog bleeding profusely from its ear. Instead of showing even a shred of compassion, the vet turned him away while his dog was actively bleeding and refused to provide even basic gauze to help stop the bleeding. To make matters even worse, Dr. Coranatto looked at my boyfriend and said, verbatim, "I’ve been here for 25 years and don’t want to see any more spics like you." Imagine hearing that while desperately trying to get help for your injured dog. This is not only disgusting and unprofessional behavior—it is outright racist. No pet owner should ever be subjected to that kind of treatment while seeking emergency care for an animal in distress. A veterinarian’s job is to care for animals and treat people with basic decency. The complete lack of compassion shown here was shocking. Turning away a bleeding dog is bad enough. Using a racial slur while doing it is beyond reprehensible. Absolutely disgraceful behavior. If this is how Dr. Coranatto treats people in front of witnesses, I can’t imagine how horrible she treats your pets when the owners aren’t around.

I had such an amazing experience visiting Dr. Coronato. It was my Chihuahua’s (ChiChi) first time at this clinic and she is very re-active and has separation anxiety. Dr. C and her assistant Hernando were patient gentle and amazing with my baby. She listened first and gave feedback after all important questions were asked. Great communicator and really cares! She is the first Vet that was successful in getting blood from ChiChi. She’s almost 5!! lol Highly Recommend!

So first, I went to get my kitten spayed and found out that she had a respiratory infection. I usually go to Schwarzman animal medical center which is great for pets and I love them. However, when scheduling an appt, they told me the appt was too far out and that it would be best if I found a different vet because it is urgent. I have a kitten, and I was trying to find an alternative place to get her seen as recommended by the animal medical center. I reached out and they were extremely rude. I have never encountered that type of disrespect. After having that conversation, I would truly not recommend this vet to anyone. If anyone knows of any vets please let me know!

My dog and I had a great experience here! All of the staff were friendly and welcoming. The facility was very clean. My dog is quite anxious and they were so patient with her and tried to make her feel comfortable. Dr. Coronato is very kind and thorough. You can tell she really wants the pups and kitties to be healthy. I am so glad I found this clinic.

Always a 5 star experience here. Talented vets who care, who are willing to work with you to provide the best care for your fuzzy loved ones. (Also their decor is amazing and I covet it.)

Such a lovely clinic to visit with my dog. As frequent as our visits are and for the time we’ve been seen by Dr. Coronato, the nurturing care and hospitality have never changed. It’s always a good day for my pup and me when we visit Oliver’s dog & cat clinic. You should expect thorough and insightful information regarding your fur baby and a genuine connection between you and the staff. I’m so happy we’ve found Dr. Coronato ♥️

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Coronato. Dr. Coronato and her team were incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain my dog’s arthritis and the best treatment options available. What really stood out was how calm and reassuring they were — highly recommended in the Manhattan area.
