I'm a resident of HK since childhood. My Magick boy needed support and I was able to bring him in to see Dr. Chrstina Romero who is excellent in her communication and her and the Vet Tech gave Magick and I excellent care. The pricing was reasonable. I will be using this Vet Group for both of my fur babies. I love how it's right in my community too! Thank you!

I had an inadequate experience at Bond Vet. Heart of Chelsea expedited transferring my car Bradley's files including a recent echocardiogram. Dr Wang was very helpful in instructing me about a specialist for surgery. This is being posted before my initial appointment with surgeon. They also are taking care of my 6 month old puppy since he was adopted.

Everyone at the practice goes above and beyond to make sure that my dog and I have a good experience when we're there. My dog has a lot of anxiety around visits to the vet, and everyone goes out of their way to comfort her, make her feel safe, and respect her boundaries and cues. The front desk staff, techs, and doctor answer my questions, respect my knowledge of what my dog needs and how to make her comfortable, and listen to my concerns. In more than seven years, our visits to this practice are the best experiences that we've had at our veterinarian appointments. I'm so grateful for the care that everyone at Heart of Chelsea- HK shows me and my pet.

I have only had positive experiences here! I recently brought my 4-year-old cat, who hadn't eaten for four days. They were able to accommodate us the same day. Dr. Wang was incredibly supportive and kind. Unfortunately, we had to take our little one to the emergency room, but Dr. Wang and the staff guided us every step of the way. Dr. Wang even called to check in on him, along with the rest of the staff. I feel so fortunate to have such caring veterinary service close to my home. My cat is doing much better now, thanks to Dr. Wang and the team here. I will always be grateful. Thank you, Dr. Wang and everyone at Heart of Chelsea!

I'm writing particularly about Dr. Papaioannou, who took care of our late cat Winston. In the final months of Winston's life, we sought opinions from several veterinarians around the city. It was frustrating not to have clear answers. And I wish I could say that Dr. Papaioannou discovered the magic solution to restore Winston's youthful vigor. But such a thing just wasn't possible. What she did do, and what we so appreciated, was offer her straightforward expert opinion on our options. Even when you suspect, deep down, that your friend's life has reached its end, it can still feel like a betrayal to stop fighting. Dr. Papaioannou helped us realize when that was the right thing to do, and she did so with the utmost kindness and sympathy. In short, we could not have asked for a better vet than Dr. Papaioannou.

My experience was great. Starting with the staff at front desk, the tech who helped the Dr with the visit and the Dr herself. All were absolutely wonderful and professional. Dr Wang took the time to answer all the questions and did so with such care that I left with a clear plan and know that my pup is in great hands. Additionally it was so sweet of Dr Wang to follow up the next day to check on how he’s doing. You can tell right away that everyone who works there loves animals and truly cares. After many years of going to vets, I finally found the one! Thank you Dr Wang and team for such a great experience.

The quality of professional and compassionate care is such that even after a visit that involved uncomfortable procedures, Kuro still wanted to stay! Thank you for being part of Hell's Kitchen!
