Phenomenal service, facility, staff and overall vibes! Dr. Potter is so great at informing you and helping you make decisions that you can feel confident about as a cat parent. We love going to the vet!

We have never had a bad experience here in the almost 10 years we’ve been coming. The veterinarians, techs, and other staff are superb. And they treat our Dolly like the total queen that she really is.

Love this vet. Been coming 5+ years. Flexible hours and kind vet staff. Dr. J.S. is the sweetest. All the techs are so caring.

I’ve adopted a pet about a month ago and have brought him here and so far I’m really liking this place! The Vet Tech Maryann has been so helpful answering my questions and caring for my little guy, Sunny! I really appreciate vet clinics that are kind and patient. They seem very up front about their costs also. Would recommend!

The best team of people, they are reliable and kind. Dr.Peterson and Dr.Biel have shown us more kindness and compassion that we rarely see. My cats are happy there and less stressed. The pricing is very reasonable, on the higher end. But, these people are so honest and help you with your budget.

I wish 6 stars was an option for PHPH because I feel like 5 stars doesn’t do this place or the staff justice. I have been there more times than I can count on my hands over the last month due to some fairly significant issues with my pets but I have left this place blown away every single time. The care and compassion their staff shows from the minute you call to the time you leave is second to none. I have received great care from all the vets at the facility. I have been working closest with both Dr. Biele and Dr. Peterson recently to heal my dogs and I couldn’t ask for anything more. They are truly amazing and I’m so lucky to have them care for my pets. My animals aren’t able to say thank you but I know they would if they could!

Sophia had a spade with Dr Zac everything went well and she’s home recovering now. On pain meds so she’s sleeping a lot. Plymouth hts pet hospital and there drs and techs are the best!! Been going there for 39 years! Several cats later and have never had a issue
