Dr. Jensen and Dr. Castillo have been phenomenal with my dogs. Their attention to detail and genuine concern for my dogs sets them apart from any other Veterinarian I have ever encountered. I have used Banfield in the past— do not recommend. You’re another number on their roster and they overbook their schedules which directly impacts the quality of care your animal receives. I have transitioned two (soon to be three) adult dogs and started a puppy’s care at Creekwood. The atmosphere is modern and clean. The front desk staff is friendly and receptive. The technicians are empathetic. I could go on. I watched them usher an elderly man to a room with his elderly dog who he was saying goodbye to. They showed him the utmost respect. They made sure to check on me as it was clearly emotional for me as I sat with my healthy puppy. I walked in minutes after Creekwood opened, no appointment, with my oldest dog (12, chihuahua) and described his odd behavior and I suspected was because he was in pain. They took him right in to confirm he was stable. Thank you Creekwood Veterinary Hospital. You have been worth every penny spent keeping my dogs happy and healthy.

I can’t say enough good things about this office. The front desk staff is always helpful and friendly, the doctors are wonderful, and the techs are amazing as well. You can tell everyone knows what they are doing and really loves animals. The office is always very clean, which is something you can’t say about a lot of other vet offices. I would like to spotlight a particular employee: Rachel is a vet tech at Creekwood and is extremely knowledgeable, great with our very excitable dog, and one of the kindest people I’ve dealt with in any sort of healthcare, human or animal. I had an emergency with my pet and called ahead and she got me in immediately and even met me in the parking lot. She was so kind, calm, and helpful during a very stressful situation. They’re very lucky to have her. I trust this office to always do what’s best for my dog; if you’re looking for a vet office this is the place to go. 10/10

I have been using creekwood as my dog’s veterinary and boarding service for at least 10 years. We recently took our dog "Arrow" in for her annual wellness checkup. Not just with this visit, but every visit, it was most pleasant. Starting with the staff at the front desk, they always greet with a smile. The tech’s there are super good to my dogs. It’s not hard to tell they love what they are doing, which transfers to excellent care of my dog. Dr Jensen is super thorough with the checkup and smooth approach to my dogs. I forgot to mention, I also have one other dog "Branson" who gets his checkups at Creekwood as well. When it’s boarding time my dogs are super excited when we pull up to the office, that tells me everything I need to know, that is they are loved and well taken care of. Thank you all at. Creekwood very much! I highly recommend them.

Two of my pups have recently received care at Creekwood, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the experience. One was seen by Dr. Lawrence and the other by Dr. Patsimas, and both veterinarians provided excellent, compassionate care. They were thorough, timely, and incredibly well‑informed, which gave us so much peace of mind and made decision -making easier. We are truly thankful to have found the right veterinarians for our pack. Creekwood has earned our trust and appreciation!

I'm so happy with the services I've receivex here. The Veterinarian is so kind and he really listens to you. I also like that his approach seems to be treating conservatively whenever possible. Everyone has been polite, and they even called to check on my dog and make sure she was feeling better. I'm so glad I switched to this place.

Dr. Patsimas always provides excellent treatment, advice, and support in maintaining a high standard of living for our dog. We also appreciate the care from the broader office staff as well as their follow up efforts to ensure the efficacy of treatment over time.

UPDATE: Since first going to Creekwood I've since gotten 2 additional Maincoons. I love this veterinarian and they seem to truly connect with my babies and show them so much care. My newest member will be seen for the first time tomorrow and my male seen for a follow up well visit and vaccines. They always oogle him and love on him and he eats it up! I still highly recommend this veterinarian!! Everyone here was fantastic! The office was very clean and welcoming. They took great care of my mainecoon kitten! I'll be going back in October to have her spayed and follow up appts. I highly recommend this office.
