While on vacation. Sophie got an ear infection. Mount Vernon animal hospital got us in and everyone was so nice. I can not thank them enough to taking care of my baby on short notice.
I wish I could give more than 5 stars. The staff here is amazing, compassionate, patient, and caring. It’s very hard to earn my trust with my fur babies. They have earned it 10 times over.
Very caring, shows great compassion for your animal. Always listens to your concerns and really hears you. Been taking my baby there for over 6 yrs and I’ll never go any place else!!
These folks are just fantastic. Today we brought in a newly adopted pup, and the folks that knew how hard it was to recently say goodbye to our senior dog were so genuinely happy to meet new pup. He was a little shy and nervous and everyone was so patient with him. Their demeanor with nervous critters, including my donkeys, just warms my soul and I know my four legged friends are in good hands.
I have gone to this place for many years and yesterday I had to put my baby of 12 years down. He received the best end of life care. Never once did we feel pressured to rush, we got to hold him while he passed, and everyone was very gentle and understanding of the situation. Even got us in last minute so he wouldn’t have to suffer. Can not recommend this place enough. Truly grateful for the final moments they gave my boy.
Mount Vernon Veterinary Hospital is great! Our youngest pup on a Saturday morning was not act right. Our regular vet was closed til Tuesday. Mt Vernon got us in and diagnosed some issues. We brought her home and she’s doing great today. They have a great team of animal caring professionals. We highly recommend their facility.
Dr. Jessica and her staff are very understanding, patient and kind. They care about all of their patients. Cooper loves to see Sam and they let him go to the back room to visit with her. They just go out of their way for my dogs. We have been a client for about 20 years and wouldn't take are dogs any where else.
