Dr. Sauls and staff are the BEST!! My rescue boy had several ups and downs throughout our time together and Dr. Sauls was determined to make it work for him. She considered all treatment options and always kept me so well informed. The staff there is so patient and even helped me carry my 85 pound dog back to the treatment room several times. I can’t recommend this practice enough. When it was time for my sweet Herschel to cross the rainbow bridge I didn’t want to do it any place else. Thank you Dr. Sauls and staff ❤️

Dr. Sauls and her staff are such incredible and kind people! I drive almost an hour every time I come for my dogs appointments and I would drive even two hours if it meant her and her staff could take care of my fur baby. Dr. Sauls is dedicated to her work and it shines bright and true. She is caring and very understanding when it comes to any sort of concerns. What an amazing veterinary practice! Dr. Marcy Sauls, DVM, totally devoted herself to us and our 16 and a half year old German Short-haired Pointer Riley. We brought him in thinking we were going to have to put him down today and through much careful consideration and her knowledge, our dog will have some more time with us and our family. Dr. Saul spent over 2 1/2 hours with us and the explanations she gave were better and more thorough than we’ve ever experienced for any of our pets at any vet clinic. We would highly recommend Dr. Sauls and all of the team at East Cooper Animal Hospital for all of your veterinary needs.

We’ve been with them for 10 years, wouldn’t take our pets anywhere else, and we live more than 30 minutes away. The best team and Dr. Sauls treats our animals like her own. She finds cost effective ways to help and never rushes through appointments. We always feel heard with her and would never trust anyone else with our pets. This place is the best.

We have 3 dogs, 2 of which are already patients here. One of them had several teeth pulled least week and was having a rough night the day of the extractions. Dr. Saul's contacted us way past business hours that night to see how she was doing and made some suggestions on how to get some medicine in her to make her more comfortable. Worked great! The entire staff is great and I've already had them transfer over furry kid #3's paperwork from the previous vet!

Dr. Sauls is THE BEST! You can tell that she is dedicated and she is thorough and meticulous! She is a sweetheart! I drive from the other end of West Ashley because I will have no other vet for my fur baby! Let me not overlook her staff... They will go above and beyond as far as customer service..
