Went in for my Pomeranian annual exam & vaccines on 6/14 with Dr. Fuaqua & Kannan. Visit was amazing! All of my questions / concerns were answered during this appointment. Romeo also had his Dental Surgery which was completed on 6/15 with Dr. Fuaqua and he has fully recovered so well from that surgery. He had no issues so far! Definitely purchase the OWA plans it definitely helped out on saving money especially in today’s economy. Overall , Banfield Hospital in Montgomery was a wonderful place & awesome team!

As a customer, I truly felt that the staff at the Montgomery, Alabama location consistently provide kind and professional service. It was clear to me that everyone works together as one team and genuinely strives to do their best. Although our dog is a rare breed that is not commonly seen in the United States, the doctor, nurses, and even the front desk staff all took the time to patiently explain everything and show sincere understanding and empathy toward us. This location should serve as a model for other branches. Unlike in the past, pets are now considered part of the family. When a family member is sick or when we are worried about their health, being able to entrust them to people like this gives us great peace of mind. If we can leave our family member in the care of professionals who truly care, we are willing to do whatever it takes including the financial cost to ensure they receive the treatment they need.

New to town, I recently visited a local veterinarian with my very old, very temperamental dog. a loyal companion adjusting to life in our newly quiet, empty nest. I was pleasantly surprised by the team’s patience with their patient. They listened attentively, treated my geriatric roommate with professionalism and compassion, and made me feel completely at ease with their care. The clinic even followed up twice the next day to ensure he was still doing well. In short, the quality of care was more care than I expected and exactly what both of us needed

I have always used Banfield Hospital in Florida and really liked everyone there they were great; but I moved to Georgia and was worried that I wouldn’t find one here. But I now use Banfield in Montgomery, Alabama and I and Shelbie and Coco love it there . The staff and doctors are Amazing and everyone here are so friendly and courteous and truly caring and welcoming and treat everyone as family. I drive 1 1/2 hours to go here with no regrets. Best Vets around in my book.

Everyone from the techs to the veterinarian are so knowledgeable and compassionate about your pet. They explain what all is involved In you pets care both time wise and financially, so there are few surprises when all is said and done. They have taken great care in the treating both of my Yorkies. Banfield continues to do a great job, so I will continue to use them.
