Beltline Animal Hospital

Recently started taking my elderly cat here after taking my moms elderly rescue dog here, as they also provide services to the rescue she came from. The staff is kind and compassionate, and seem happh to work here. They know us and have lots of suggestions that are helpful. There is no attempt to sell uneeded services and they do not overcharge. Both vets i have met are compassionate and competent, and my vet bills dropped considerably. They do not have a beautiful waiting room and the building is not pretty and I could not care less about anything other than the great care and much lower prices.

I cannot recommend Beltline Animal Hospital enough - they're staff is TERRIFIC!! I take both my dogs there for care. They treat my (very) anxious dogs with such care and understanding!

I was taking my cats to Cat Care Clinic up until I came across Beltline Animal Hospital. Forget fancy waiting rooms, pushy bi-annual checkups, and vets that don't know what they are doing. Dr. Bates and the team at Beltline Animal Hospital are genuine, compassionate, and fair. After making the switch I quickly realized that I was getting overcharged and in some ways ripped off by my former vet. My kitty was having bad congestion and sneezing often, and they got me in the next day. They explained exactly what they'd be doing before, and I felt comfortable with their recommendations. Afterwards Lucy came out of the operation good as new! I was very happy and relieved that I had Beltline Animal Hospital as my vet. They really know their stuff, and are fair with what they charge. Most importantly, I felt that I can trust them. I wouldn't recommend taking your cats or dogs anywhere else!

Our cat got her finger stuck in one of her plastic toy balls and couldn't get it out. We tried several different things to no avail, before we called this clinic for help. Other area clinics would not help us because we were not established clients of theirs. The vet tech was able to help us right away. He cut the plastic ball very quickly and after taking a quick glance at her finger we were good to go. He did not charge us for his help and I even offered to make a donation to their clinic, which he declined. We were extremely happy with the service we received here. They really care about animals. Thank you!

Dr Karlberg is a great vet and really cares about our pets! Shep gives him very high ratings as well!

Dr. Karlburg and his staff are always friendly and delightful to deal with. I brought my dog Tyler there for many years and always had straight forward no bull veterinary care for him. The place is always clean and tidy and staff are warm and friendly, as well as all the customers that come in there. Although Tyler passed away and I've moved out of state, I still highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality vet care in the Madison, WI area. Thank you Beltline Animal Hospital for all your wonderful caring services over the years.

Dr Karlburg has been our vet since he opened Beltline Animal Clinic. He along with Tina and the rest of his excellent staff, are simply the best you can find. He has been amazing with our dogs from everything to regular check ups to involved surgeries. He will exceed your expectations on every level.
