I just want to say that this vet is by far one of the best vets I’ve ever gone to. My dog was hit by a car and they took us in immediately, the vet allowed us to be in the back while my dog was getting looked at, which made me so comfortable given the circumstances. The entire staff was kind and gave us water and held tissue boxes for us. The vet was very informative and attentive, he didn’t sugar coat anything which is good and he even called emergency vets for us to explain and get pricing for my dogs transfer. The next day they called us personally both the front desk and the vet asking how our dog was doing, never had a vet do that. If they weren’t far from me I would make them my personal vet. I have nothing bad to say except that fact they don’t have a restroom, when you’re crying and tired, sometimes you just want to go in a wash your face or collect yourself. They all truly care about your animals and love their jobs.

I’ve been here so many times and I realized I’ve never written a review. The Vet helped me multiple times. Extremely sympathetic and understanding when we had to put down our elderly family dog. Has cared for my large husky multiple times even for her surgery. This vet was my choice because it was 5 minutes from my house. But I moved further away and now it is still where I choose to go becuase I trust them.

This vet is a joke. Twice already, in two visits, he pulled up google and recited it as if it was his words. The second time he turned the screen and asked me to read it. I said I’m sorry, but you’re a vet who is referencing google and now asking me to recite it as if this was class. Left on the spot. I personally do not feel comfortable giving this place my money or taking my pet.

This facility was recommended to me by my long time groomer. It is a bit of a drive from where I live but well worth it. My dog was seen for dental service and passed away suddenly the next day. This made no sense and I was and am certain it was not related to the services received as he was fine when we left the facility. The vet was concerned and surprised. He offered and performed an autopsy to determine cause of death (unrelated to services provided) at no cost to me and then arranged for cremation (at significantly reduced price). He spends ample time with me during routine checks, is the best ever at explaining and even pulling up more detailed information on the computer for you to see. One commenter stated they "killed" her dog "because I didn't have the money". This cannot possibly be true or factual. The vet and his staff are consistently gentle and caring.

These people truly care for your pet, they’re also very flexible & prices are reasonable

I can’t say enough good things about this place. They’ve always treated my dogs like their own, and that kind of care means the world to me. You can tell they truly love what they do. Thanks for always looking out for my pups—and thank you for your service. It really means a lot.

Long time customer of Mira Loma Animal Hospital. But no more. Called to get an idea of the pricing for neuter for a kitten we are considering. Was told they could not provide pricing over the phone and that I would need to come in for an appointment ($58). When pressed as to why we couldn't get an idea of cost, she changed her answer to she could give me a range. For first round shots and neuter she said it would be around $800!!! Now I'm searching for another animal hospital to call home.
