Riverwest Vet is the best! I have seen both Dr. Kindness and Dr. Banks for my senior dogs and new cat and they both have given us the best care. They give their full attention and make us feel like the only patient in the office which is SO unique, different and awesome! Complex medical problems in animals can be hard to identify, and they will do whatever it takes to help find a diagnosis and treatment. The vet techs and desk staff are so sweet, knowledgeable and friendly as well. They truly love animals at Riverwest Vet, and I love them!

Switching our vet care and we gave this clinic a try. We were impressed by the care and thoroughness of the staff. Dr. Kindness and the vet techs were all very attentive and knowledgeable. Took great care to make our dog feel comfortable and safe. I LOVE that they do not have exam tables: much safer and comfortable for the pup - no falling or jumping off. Excellent communication and reasonable prices. Looks like we have found our new vet. clinic!

I dont often leave reviews but I felt my experiences with Riverwest Vet, Dr Banks and her team was more than worthy of a review. It took me a few months to post this after the passing of our beloved Raji, but the care we received from Dr Banks was beyond extraordinary. We have 6 cats, so this isnt our 1st experience by any means with a vet but by far and away the best experience we have had in Milwaukee. Dr Banks is simply one of those amazing individuals who really cares about the pets and people who come to her. I can't really write enough positive words about her in this short post. Putting our animals care under Dr Banks and her team is one of the best decisions we have made. She is an amazing asset to the community. Thank you again!

As a first time and busy pet owner; the kindness, compassion and care my Milo and I have been shown at Riverwest Veterinary Clinic is truly impeccable. I was able to visit Dr. Banks for an emergency appointment and she was able to accommodate me and my Milo wonderfully. The care of Dr. Banks and her staff were amazing and very appreciated. My Milo and I have been visiting since he was a baby and we will continue to do so! (:

I can't recommend them enough! Dr Becky is the absolute best, she's been able to help my boy work through some chronic issues he was having that stumped other vets. My puppy sees Dr Kindness and he's also incredible! All of the technicians and assistants are also amazing and love all pets like their own. It's great to support a local, woman owned business! ❤️

We just switched to Riverwest Vet after years of going to a different Milwaukee vet, feeling kind of dissatisfied and unheard. Our cat has been having urinary issues and giving us a ton of grief, and the vets here have been so, so helpful. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Not only are the doctors amazing, but the techs and desk workers are incredible as well. Unlike many primary vets, urgent vets, ER vets I’ve visited, I don’t have a doubt in my mind that these people care about my pet and genuinely want the best care possible for her. Everyone here is kind, attentive, patient, and make any issue with your pet feel manageable and so much less stressful. Pricing is very very reasonable and they are always willing to give price breakdowns before doing anything! TAKE YOUR PETS HERE! You won’t regret it.

Had a wonderful experience at Riverwest Vet Clinic! Brought my new kitten Dot here for her first appointment and the staff were incredibly responsive and able to get me on the schedule within a week or so. Both Dr. Kindness and the staff were very thorough and took the time to answer all of my questions and go over the details of tests and procedures. It’s clear they care so much and are very conscious of making your pet comfortable, especially a little one who hasn’t had much experience at the vet! They also provided an itemized list of services at the beginning of the appointment so I could see what my costs would be and what I could hold off on for budgeting purposes, which was very helpful for my wallet. I was also able to pick up some prescriptions quickly after her tests came back. I’m so relieved that I found a wonderful local and trustworthy place for little Dot 🙂 Thank you!
