I bring my Bunnies there and the staff and Drs are extremely friendly and helpful. They are always fast to respond and help answer any questions I have. I trust them 110% with my pets. This is Bella who just had gotten spayed 3 days ago. Up and running around, playing, eating and as happy as always 😊

Pieper is always always always the best! Every time we go, I am truly made to feel like each employee loves my dog as if she were their own. French Fry has seizures, and they have taken such incredible care of her for the past 3 years. We love her like a child, and we trust Pieper implicitly with her care. Dr Perkins is wonderful. I have never once had a bad encounter with any employee at Pieper. Everyone is compassionate and kind, and I am so grateful a place like Pieper exists.

I felt rest assured that Lucy was in good hands. All the staff were wonderful and showed great compassion not only for Lucy but for her frantic pet mama too. Everyone was very informative. Everyone was great from check in reception, overnight vet, morning reception, surgical vet and check out reception and assistant. I apologize I had no sleep in two days and can not remember a single name. I seen 6 different people. All were helpful and compassionate and very understanding. The quick response and thorough investigation into Lucy's emergency and keeping me informed

We cannot say enough good things about Pieper Veterinary Hospital. During one of the most difficult moments our family has ever faced with our beautiful 16 year old Chihuahua , their staff showed exceptional compassion, kindness, and professionalism. At 3:00 in the morning, they helped us peacefully say goodbye to our beloved dog. Every member of the team treated both our pet and our family with dignity, respect, and genuine care. They took the time to ensure the process was as gentle and loving as possible, and they allowed us to return the following day to bring our dog home. The compassion they showed during such a heartbreaking time meant more to us than words can express. We are deeply grateful for the care they provided and for the respect they showed our beloved companion. We highly recommend Pieper Veterinary Hospital to anyone seeking outstanding veterinary care. The situation with Leo is a difficult and emotional one as he has cancer. It started with a visit a while back to the ER when something was off and since then we are on an unexpected journey. While the ER visit was insanely emotional for us I am pleased to have pushed forward with Oncology and Dr. Carreras. She has been kind, caring and knowledgeable each time we have been there and we are more fortunate than some others in that we are seeing some positive results. The work that all of you do there must be gut wrenching at times as you see animal after animal, some with positive outcomes and others not so much. I can only speak about these recent months and our appointments but I have always felt that you have Leo in your best interest. Dr. Carreras and the oncology staff have been amazing.. The whole situation sucks more than I can convey but we are at this point now and you guys have been nice and that is appreciated.. I am not sure it is one thing thing that has shaped my thoughts here as much as just a "I feel like I am in the best place I can be at right now" feeling.

We really appreciate everything the staff and Dr Scarano did for us. It's so scary when your pet is in pain and you don't know how to care for them. I hope we're never in a situation like that again, but I'm comforted knowing there's an excellent team at Pieper, and our regular vet office Piper Ridge, who really care about our communities animals. Forever grateful, thank you.

The doctors were amazing with how they took care of our cat and how they spoke to us about the decisions we had to make for her care. Everyone made our time there very comfortable. The doctors let us come in to say goodnight to her when we she was in oxygen care and we thought she might not make it through the night. The price was very high, I am not gonna sugar coat that, but we were very happy with the care we received!
