Pou Vet Group is truly incredible. The care, compassion, and dedication they show to my cats Honey and Mango, means more to me than I can express. The team consistently goes above and beyond, treating my pets with so much patience, kindness, and genuine love. You are all so appreciated! As a pet parent, trusting someone with your animals is everything and Pou Vet Group has earned that trust completely. I’m endlessly grateful for the comfort and peace of mind they give me knowing my cats are always in the best hands.

We took our puppy to his first visit and it was a wonderful experience! The office is very organized and they provided great service starting at my initial call to schedule an appointment. During the appointment, Sal did an amazing job with giving us detailed information and answering questions. The Dr. was amazing as well and answered all of our questions. They were very transparent as far as costs, and offered many options for payment. I am very happy with the entire experience! I am here to add to my original review. We just took my puppy for an unplanned appointment due to a concern with his skin. Once again, we had a great experience. They were able to accommodate us quickly onto the schedule. Everyone we meet here is amazing and very helpful. All of the nurses and doctor are very patient in answering all of our questions- and we ask a lot!! Thank you Pou Vet Group for taking care of us 🙂

I love these guys! I almost want to keep them a secret. Dr. Pou and his staff are incredibly professional and friendly. My dog, Ruby and I are so happy they're our vet. She loves her nurse, Jennifer. I think she likes her more than me! I've never had any issues and have always found availability. Highly recommended.

We take our 2 cats to Pou Vet group and we are always so grateful for the patience, kindness, and medical support. Our cats don’t love the vet, but all the staff and doctors are amazing at slowing down to their pace and giving them as many treats and gentle pets to make sure they only have a positive medical experience. Pou Vet group has been amazing from regular vet visit to more involved procedures such as dental and on-going cat asthma treatment. S/O to Drs. Cohen and Rodriguez and to Sal and Maia 🐱 but truly everyone is amazing and great!!!

We had our first visit with Theodore and overall it was a great experience. The staff was very kind and welcoming, and we even received a nice goodie bag which was such a thoughtful touch. Although the wait time was about an hour, I really appreciated that the team kept checking in on us and communicated throughout the process to make sure we were okay and didn’t need anything. That level of attentiveness made a big difference. Thank you for taking good care of Theodore—we’ll definitely be back!

First visit free, since we purchased our puppy at petland.. everyone was for the most part nice, location was clean; however no restrooms for human customers. They try to enroll you in pet insurance and some very expensive heartworm/tick/ flea combo.. they asses my puppy since there was nothing due at the moment. The vet let my 2 1/2 month old puppy fall from the very high exam table. WTH! Not going there again.

They always try to accommodate same day appointment for me. I have had several visits for my sick cat and they always help, nurses are also very nice and patience. I have received tremendous help from two doctor but Dr. Romero, above and beyond with all efforts and communication, incredibly professional and friendly.
