Everyone here has been super helpful, polite, and have gone above and beyond to make sure our baby was well taken care of. I can't thank our surgeon and her team enough for everything they've done. Not only was the care there amazing, their post operation care has also been of high quality. I have no doubt putting my trust in them should the situation ever come up again.

BEST PLACE EVER!!!! If i can give more than 5 stars i would! From the moment we got there nurse Harold was extremely attentive and my dog was taken in immediately. They examined my dog with care and once completed Dr. Anderson and nurse Harold explained the issue and were both very patient. The staff really went above and beyond and i couldn't be more grateful to them for being amazing in a moment of distress. Amazing experience with my Lilybelle 🐶. It was a Sunday morning , and my 15 years old Chihuahua wasn't walking right, I brought her in and they saw her right away, Dr. Katerina was her vet doctor. What an amazing human being, you can tell she truly cares . She was honest and so kind. The prices are great. Truly highly recommend this place for your pets . If you have an emergency, don't hesitate to bring them here.

I cannot say enough good things about MVS and Dr. Andrade’s team. I’ve brought my senior dog here twice for complicated surgical and specialty care and both experiences have been exceptional, especially considering how emotional and stressful these situations are. My dog is truly like my child and my whole world. I previously worked in veterinary medicine and I’m very particular about who I trust with his care, especially after moving from Canada and having to find a new medical team for my senior boy. Dr. Andrade and her team have provided some of the best veterinary care I’ve experienced. Not only is she knowledgeable and compassionate, but when I mentioned I wasn’t happy with my general vet, she even took the time to recommend a local clinic that was a great fit. A special thank you to Matty and Mathew (the RVTs) who are both fantastic! Our anxious dog genuinely trusts them, and they always communicate clearly and kindly, which makes a difficult experience feel much easier. Long waits have never been an issue, (honestly been refreshing compared to many emergency and specialty hospitals!). The clinic is clean, well run and even smells pleasant. Every staff member we’ve interacted with has been professional, caring, and helpful. Most importantly… I truly trust MVS with my dog, even when I’m worried care is complex or high stakes. Highly recommend!

Honey Bear needed Hyperbaric Chamber Therapy to treat a nasty pythiosis infection. The staff are one of the friendliest I've ever met in a vet's office and I've been going to veterinarians for well over 50 years. Thank you so much for the great experience.

Came in after hours with my little kitten, me freaking out, on the verge of tears. The doctor and front desk was super helpful and very quick to help, I had just walked in and about 30 seconds in, the doctor was out here looking at my kitty. Everyone was super nice and very helpful, they calmed me down and talked about the possibilities. Everything turned out great, thank goodness (I over fed my baby by accident). We had to take our dog to this emergency veterinary center, and we are truly grateful for the care we received. From the very beginning, Dr. Harold and Dr. Anderson were incredibly empathetic, kind, and human. They took the time to listen to us, explain everything calmly, and made us feel supported during a very stressful and emotional moment. You can tell when someone is not only highly professional, but genuinely cares. Thank you for the warmth, compassion, and respect you showed us and our dog. We highly recommend this place.
