Vetco Vaccination Clinic

The Vetco vets are very loving to animals, very patient and they know their vet medicine well. Even the vet assistants are all so nice.

I came in for vaccinations and 2 prescriptions for my small dog. I even brought in the boxes of the two prescriptions, one for flea medication and a different one for heartworm prevention. I received one totally wrong prescription; when I called and asked that it be corrected, the tech said it would be within the hour, but it never was. So now what? When I called Vetco, they refused to correct the mistakes the vet made.

Worst place ever to get your vaccinations. The staff is not trained appropriately. My dog is medium sized and super friendly and they were scared of him and made him wear a muzzle. They made him feel so uncomfortable, couldn’t find his vein to take blood stabbing his arm multiple times to the point that he started getting reactive. They then said they felt uncomfortable and couldn’t do THEIR JOB. An absolute joke, do not recommend. These people shouldn’t be allowed to provide medical/vaccination services.

Vet technicians were warm and knowledgeable.

Made an appointment almost two weeks ago, only to be cancelled the day of. Went on their website to reschedule, did so successfully, only to get there and tell us it was also cancelled. They try to get over the situation by giving you a discount, but clearly this place is unreliable and super unorganized. I will definitely not be going back here nor taking my cat here!
