Alexandra and Paco are fantastic! I have been here with my dog 2 years and the care and love they give to Sophie is the best. I highly recommend. They will go above and beyond to explain and help when your pet has issues. The grooming service is amazing and my Sophie adores every shave, shampoo from Paco. Thank you so much! The staff at the front desk is always so kind and caring!

I brought in a sick cat I found on the street and the staff here were just incredible. They gave me a discount because they just wanted to make sure the cat was okay and safely returned. They set me up with a next-day appointment and provided care quickly and efficiently when I brought her in. They even offered a complimentary follow-up appointment. Highly recommend this clinic!

Best vet in North Beach, if not the world! Alexandra is so sweet and caring to all your pets needs. I have been going to her for about 10 years now and I know my kitties are always in good hands. You can trust that your fur babies will be well taken care of because she is extremely knowledgeable in the field of veterinary medicine. I can’t say enough amazing things about Pet House Animal Clinic. They have taken such incredible care of my dog, Lexi, and I’m beyond grateful for their team. This was Lexi’s second surgery with them, and once again, the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we walk in, you can feel how much they genuinely care, not just about the medical side, but about making sure she feels safe, comfortable, and loved. They took the time to explain everything clearly, kept me updated, and handled her surgery with so much attention and professionalism. What really stands out to me is how well Lexi recovers every time, she’s happy, comfortable, and back to herself so quickly, which says everything about the level of care she’s receiving. It’s not easy trusting someone with your pet, especially during surgery, but with Pet House Animal Clinic I feel completely at ease. They treat Lexi like she’s their own, and that means the world to me. Also they are so fast when you call them or email! they do a good job at remembering you and your pet, its saved me when i've been traveling with Lexi and needed some last minute documents. I want to express my endless gratitude to Dr. Alexandra Valencia and the entire team at Pet House Clinic for the exceptionally special care they gave Jerry, my beloved four-legged child. Jerry is incredibly important to me. He was diagnosed with a liver tumor and gallbladder problems. Dr. Amalia López and Dr. Lilly Uribazo also collaborated in his diagnosis, and he was operated on by Dr. Mario Cabrera at Dr. Valencia’s clinic. From the very first moment, Dr. Valencia and her team showed impeccable dedication. Immediately after surgery, Jerry was closely monitored and cared for constantly, making sure he wasn’t in pain and that his recovery was smooth and complication-free. Dr. Valencia’s kindness, professionalism, expertise, and empathy, along with her team’s, were crucial for me during such a difficult time. I am completely sure that Jerry could not have been in better hands. Eternal thanks to Dr. Valencia and Pet House Clinic. I recommend this clinic without hesitation!!!

Dr. Valencia went above and beyond for our family and our 12-year-old senior dog, Luke. His condition was very difficult to diagnose, but she remained attentive, thorough, and determined to find answers every step of the way. What meant the most to us was that even while she was on vacation, she continued to check in and make sure Luke was receiving the care he needed. Her dedication, expertise, and genuine compassion gave us so much peace of mind during a stressful time. Thanks to Dr. Valencia, Luke is doing great now. We are incredibly grateful and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a veterinarian who truly cares about her patients and their families.
