My cat of 10 years got out and hit by a car and we were taking him to urgent vet and I spoke to a lovely lady Kristen I think , I called two or three separate times to update her on our situation as we were getting there, My cat ended up dying on the way and she was helpful and very understanding. She was very caring and comforting while we looked over it cremation stuff. I think she needs a raise she was wonderful to work with. And to the four of you lovely ladies Kristen, Laura, Sara and Kaylee, I thank you all so much for your sweet words on my paw print card I was very touched by that I'm normally a very standoffish grouchy kind of person. urgent vet has an amazing staff. Thank you all for your love and care .

I needed to take my cat in for an emergency visit but my regular vet could not get him in for a week. So, I did a quick google search of urgent vets in the area and landed on this place purely because it was the closest. I called their office and was met with an extremely helpful and friendly voice! They made a reservation for him within the hour of me calling and I was able to get in no problem. Upon arrival, they had a room ready for us and immediately took us back (no wait time). This alone was impressive as I’ve been made to wait in past experiences regardless of appointment time. Everyone was very nice, empathetic and eager to help. The vet was extremely knowledgeable and actually took the time to listen to additional concerns aside from the reason for the visit. She advised on his overall health and gave recommendations when asked. I know this sounds like bare minimum but my previous experience with vets has been minimal listening, jumping to conclusions and half-ass diagnosis. So this place was a breath of fresh air! I wish they took regular patients because I would immediately make them my regular vet. I am deeply grateful for your help. As an extremely anxious and over cautious pet parent, this place did an amazing job of calming my nerves and explaining everything in a way I could understand. Will be returning if needed in the future!

I took my dog here for vomiting and diarrhea on a Sunday morning. She was immediately put in a room and given meds and given hydration. They kept me up to date on pricing and what kind of bloodwork they recommended. I didn’t feel pressured and they made me feel comfortable with my options and choices. In the end she needed to be referred to the vet hospital. I felt she was well cared for and would definitely use them again if needed. My dog has since made a full recovery and I’m grateful for their services.

We have been to UrgentVet twice. Two different dogs. Two different reasons, I really liked them the first time. That's why I returned. The second time wasn't a happy ending. They treated us with utmost kindness knowing what we had to do and make that hard decision. The professionalism and sympathy of it all was gratefully accepted. I will recommend everyone to take their pets to them. I sorry I don't remember the Dr's. name. But Alejandra was the PA. They were both great, understanding, and made sure I knew I was making the right decision.

Dr Hernandez and the amazing veterinary team were so wonderful and took such good care of my kitty boy Archie. If you ever need a clinic to go to in a pinch because your pet needs help, we highly recommend going here. You and your fur baby will be well taken care of! ❤️

They got us in right away. The lobby and exam rooms were spotless. Everyone was so nice. The visit was quick and efficient. Everyone there seemed to genuinely care about our puppy. I definitely recommend them.
