Primary Pet Care

I initially went in there as a recommendation from my mom to have my cat checked out for a bump in her stomach. When we got there the staff was so sweet and welcoming, the facility was very clean and we got to a room right away. The Doctor was concerned where the bump was and recommended surgery which they were able to get done that day at a very affordable cost.which as an owner of 6 pets is important.After we picked up our Shadow the surgery site was pretty minimal and well cared for. They followed up to check in on her recovery and advised on the biopsy results from the bump that was indeed cancer but that they got it all very cleanly out. Shadow has recovered very well and is doing better than ever. When I recently took our dog in we got the same care and they even asked about Shadow which made me very happy. They are truly a wonderful place to go caring affordable and quick to service. I would definitely recommend this place. Thank you all for your support.

I’ve been bringing my senior cat here for about five years. I was doing some research back then trying to see who would provide genuine care for a reasonable price, and a recommendation from family members brought me to Primary Pet Care. I have nothing but amazing things to say, they are always so kind to me and my baby! They are thorough, but we never spend much time waiting to be seen. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and patient. I’ve recommended Dr. Gifford to other pet owners in the past and I will continue to!

Dr. Gifford and the staff at Primary Pet Care made every consideration for my dog's surgery. Everyone went above and beyond to reduce his anxiety and provide a welcome environment. We’ve been bringing our 2 dogs to Dr. Gifford and his staff for several years now and we couldn’t be more pleased with the level of service and care that we receive there. Highly, highly recommend this Vet practice! Dr. Gifford always makes plenty of time to discuss our pets and their needs and is super kind, professional, and genuine in every respect. The staff is likewise, and unlike at some businesses, they’ve been with Primary Pet Care on-going; you won’t see a "revolving door of different faces" here. Thanks to all of the employees at this facility, we feel like our "kids" are always, always, in the best possible hands where their medical needs are concerned. 8 paws, & 4 thumbs up. 🙂

It's been a few years now and there's times where I will start to remember when one of the technicians mentioned that my cat would act up around them when they needed to give him shots so much they all knew to watch out and I always feel like if they had just given him his shots right there in the room with me instead of needing to take him in the back where I couldn't see, we would've been fine, I had personally given him shots at home before and he was never that much of a problem. It made me feel a little bad knowing this, my boy was older and had already gone through so much in his life and was so sweet to everyone apart from this apparently, I had dedicated most of my time to taking care of him before he passed at almost 18 years! Those last few days when they took his blood to test it and it took longer for results than the other vet I rushed him to afterwards, I never received any consolation from the doctor, just more emails about upcoming checkups or sales on their overpriced products.

Staff is excellent, doctor is super knowledgeable, experienced and helpful , price was very reasonable compared to other places. Definitely my go to place from now on, highly recommend, very professional experience every time

I met Dr Austin Gifford, and was impressed by him and his facility! We took my Mother in Laws dog in for an exam, and I think they did a great job! Mother in Law recently passed away and I was concerned about the dogs health. They gave me some time and it was much appreciated!!!!!!!!!
