WORST PLACE EVER….. So basically I walked in that place with my cat because he had a eye infection so they took me in they was like okay so basically have yall got like anything new and I was like yeah my new carpet and new mattress everything and they said change it like girl be for real right now and I said I wanted a examine just incase and they were like no we can’t do that and I was like what do you mean you can’t and they said sorry but we can’t unless it’s really bad or more serious like wanted my cat to get it I don’t care about the extra fee And then they say maybe ur fat cat should lose weight like girl why are you being rude? Like and I said Maybe you should and then she said girl u need to pay the 85 dollar fee for nothing ? I exit the place no way im paying them and then there like if ur not going to pay calling the cops I was like listen here u didn’t do nothing for my cat and you calling it a fat cat and saying it needs a diet and then giving me 80 dollars fee for calling my cat fat no reason at all?? Like girl be for real and im so mad right now. But the people are so useless and rude in there like Girl bye. If you want ur cat body shamed then come here

Got my dog checked today, and it was a great experience. The doctor explained my pet’s situation clearly, and the techs who assisted throughout were very accommodating. They scheduled my next appointment two weeks out, and I can’t wait for my pet to be treated by them again. By far the best clinic I’ve been to.

We had a great experience here for our dog’s international travel certificate. Our appointment went smoothly, and everyone was very friendly. We have to thank Martha especially - we’ve been through this process several times for other trips, but I’ve never seen such personalized care. Even though the office was closed the week after our appointment, she kept me updated at every step of the way via email and text, including when the certificate was endorsed and when it was on its way, and was quick to answer any questions I had. Can’t thank her enough!

Very friendly, compassionate, and knowlegable about our pets needs. We are very happy to have found them after moving here. The staff are always very friendly and welcoming when we come in. The doctor is also very good with our dogs. One of our dogs has small tumors on her skin that cause her to itch really bad and we had been giving her benedryl. It wasn't helping. We couldn't even pet her belly because she itched so badly. He gave us a new medication and now she is soooo much better!! We can pet her again without her itching all the time. He knew exactly what to give her when our last vets didn't. Just very thankful for this vet! Our other dog needed a tumor removed on his paw. Nobody else could work him into their schedule, but Menifee Valley Animal Clinic found time for him! I highly recommend this vet!

I've been bringing my little ones here for Fifteen years. They get the best of care. Great staff and they do care about your animals. Recently. Adopted Is a beautiful husky. I call him handsome because he is.. I'm going to be taking him in for his first introduction. Not to worry you will be taken care of.. He apparently was mistreated before, But never again. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this animal clinic. I scheduled and arrived for what I was told would be an exam for my cat, but once I arrived, I was informed that they performed something completely different than what I came in for. No proper exam was done, no real help was provided, and I was given little to no explanation about my cat’s condition or next steps. Despite receiving no meaningful care or information, I was still charged $85. What was most upsetting was not the cost itself, but the fact that the staff seemed far more concerned about collecting payment than actually helping my pet. When I expressed confusion and frustration, the response I received was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. No one took accountability, no apology was offered for the misunderstanding, and my concerns were not taken seriously. Communication was a major issue throughout this visit. I had difficulty being understood when explaining why I was there and what my cat needed. This made the entire situation even more frustrating and stressful, especially when dealing with a sick or injured pet. Clear communication is essential in a medical setting, and unfortunately, that was severely lacking here. As a pet owner, you come to a clinic expecting compassion, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help animals. That is not what I experienced. I left feeling unheard, disrespected, and regretful for not going to my regular veterinarian instead. After this experience—and hearing similar stories from others—I would not recommend this clinic to anyone who truly cares about their pet’s well-being.
